Requested style: Recommended a style to be shorter in the back and sides and blended to the top so it can be crunched in the front.

What a great experience!!!! Juan was so phenomenal with fixing my hair!!!
Previously I got a haircut somewhere else and they did a horrible job! I asked for layers and they gave me a bob!
I walked into Great Clips, I was taken back for my haircut within 10 mins. I explained to Juan what I wanted and he perfected it!!!
Thank you so much Juan and your team! I will definitely be back in the future!!!

The Hawaiian guy is very nasty.
What made my experience was Juanito! He was amazing. I was waiting since 5:30 didn’t know I had to check in and the guy was just rude for me telling him I’ve been waiting. It’s now 7 and I’m finished finally. Thanks Juan !

Worst place to have your hair cut , the old lady there has no Idea about how to treat customers . After I finished I didn’t notice that the left side is not matching the right side I notice that when I checked it in my car mirror in front of the great clips so I went back to the lady to adjust it she said no it’s good while it’s very clear that both sides are not matching each other .

I hate to give great clips a bad rating because the beauticians are great. But I will no longer visit their establishment due to false advertising and sketchy business practices. 3 times now, after getting an email sent to me with a coupon, I was then told after my haircut was done that the coupon that was emailed to me for west Palm beach Florida cannot be used in that west palm beach location. Worst part is I pay $20 regardless and give my beautician the rest as tip. So instead of a $12 tip they only got $4 on 3 occasions. Corporate greed, is ugly! Never againService: Haircut
