We contracted with Grandview Kitchens after my wife nudged me for only 20 years to do the kitchen. We probably could have done it cheaper at a big box store, but...We are big supporters of small, family owned businesses. The quality of the product, and the service from Grandview were priceless. Any time we had an issue or a problem (which were few, and minor), Joel was very quick to respond, and resolved any and all issues quickly and professionally. They treated the job as if it was their own house. They wanted it to be something to be proud of and something you want to show off.I would definitely recommend Grandview Kitchens to anyone thinking about a remodel. We are very pleased with the job they did!

I called Grandview Kitchens a week ago to set an appointment for a quote for kitchen remodel ( no mention of a policy that whoever calls has to be there). They called me a day before the appointment for confirmation. Again no mention of a policy. The day of the appointment, I couldn't be there but my husband was home. When he answered the door. They lady refused to come inI guess she was afraid of my black husband.

Susana and her Grandview Kitchens team are an amazing group to work with! They make the process easy. That may actually be an understatement... We have never been through a kitchen remodel so naturally we were nervous and didn't have any idea in terms of budget, design, etc. Susana walked into to our home, asked a few questions, and within minutes had a really good idea of what she felt we could do in our space to make it more functional and beautiful. I have to say the results are far beyond what we had imagined!!! The contractor assigned, Todd, was just as easy to work with as the Grandview team. He took his time with the work, made amazing recommendations during the entire process, and ultimately delivered a beautiful finish.My wife and I are really pleased with the outcome of our remodel, and would highly recommend Grandview Kitchens to anyone who is looking to remodel their kitchen!Thank you Grandview Kitchens for making our imagination come to life. Susana and her team (including our Project Manager Todd) were very professional and helpful. Multiple cabinet and countertop choices as well as strong design skills. Her recommendations of Lazy Susan’s on both sides of the sink, built in trash container, large sliding drawers, replacing a large bottom cabinet with a smaller corner cabinet, etc... has help make our small kitchen a little larger. The project was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend this family owned company. We love our new kitchen!

Our kitchen remodel is finished and is absolutely beautiful! Sarah at Grandview Kitchens designed us a wonderful kitchen. All of the contractors did meticulous work. Ruiz Woodworks, G W Flooring Corp, Marble & Granite Inc and Emerson Plumbing are all outstanding. We plan on remodeling our Master Bathroom later this year and will not hesitate to use Grandview Kitchens!

Susana was great to work with, very responsive! We changed our counters, backsplash and sink and it was painless. She lined up all the necessary specialists and the entire kitchen came together seamlessly. Highly recommend Grandview Kitchens!

5/5 stars this is the kitchen place to use! Susanna was so helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional. She knew just how to help us and guide us with material decisions as well as respect our design picture. We had lots of questions on materials, finishes, backsplash ideas and She what she didn’t have to show in her show room she could provided lists of where to shop material ideas, countertop options, finishes, and backsplash guidance. Their showroom had lots of options and ideas to review. She was easy to communicate with in person, by phone, or by email. All work scheduled in 1-2 week of picking product which was SO fast!. No one gave service like Grandview! If I had another kitchen I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were.

From the moment we walked into the Grandview Kitchens showroom and throughout our project we were met with nothing short of outstanding professionalism. This family owned and operated business is dedicated to their craft and customers.Joel took our outdated original 1960’s closed in tiny kitchen and transformed it to a beautiful, up to date, open, chef friendly, fully functional kitchen where I now enjoy making making meals and baking for my family and friends!Joel and his sister worked closely with us every step of the way making sure we were 100% happy with the outcome and we certainly are.I have received countless compliments on my kitchen and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Grand View Kitchens to anyone and everyone looking for high quality craftsmanship, fair pricing and strong customer relations.

We had our bathroom done.Their design help was excellent and we appreciated everything they did the outcome was excellent! We had floor and wall redone, cabinets shower mirror and painting.I highly recommend them we dealt with Susanna and she was so easy to work with.

Super happy with the outcome of our countertops. Susana was amazing and was always available to answer any questions and was quick with solutions when our countertop we wanted was out of stock. The fabrication company had forgotten our drain at there shop and She made sure it was at our house the next day. I would recommend them to anyone.
