I scheduled an inspection in my tire due to a flat. Upon arriving, gentlemen did not inspect my tire, immediately assumed there was a nail inside.
He was wrong, it was a pebble. Tire had a leak. I went to Royal Palm Auto Spa next door, they inspected and patched my tire, took less than 15 minutes.
Objective of this review was to express how ridiculous and incompetent it seems when a "professional" talks more than inspecting and trying to understand a problem.
I'm a somewhat nice person, so I'll leave it at this.

From my husband - My Friday was busier than usual, so my wife did me a huge favor by calling around to local shops to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick oil change. Most said no, but she spoke to a gentleman at this location who said that as long as the vehicle arrived before 6:00 PM, they could make it happen. This was great news, and I felt grateful that they would accommodate me knowing they close at 6:30 PM. I got there as fast as I could and walked in at 5:50 PM. When I entered the office, I saw what I assumed were two male service technicians and one young female front desk administrator who was still assisting a client. No one greeted me as I stood behind the customer for 10 minutes until the customer walked out. It was only then that I was asked how I could be helped. I explained that I needed a simple oil change on my truck. The front desk administrator jokingly responded, "At 6:00 on a Friday?" I then explained the conversation my wife had earlier with the gentleman, he said "if the car was in by 6, the service techs were able to do it" her response to the techs was, "Do you guys think you could do it?" The service techs then responded, "I was about to start cleaning up and shutting things down". Listen, I totally understand and respect the response they had. I'm not even upset that the answer was no--I truly get it. Before walking out, I shared my frustration that three employees were in the office and no one at least greeted me to address what I needed, THUS wasting my time and turning me away after what I thought was going to be a huge blessing for helping me last minute. At least the other shops, who also close at 6:30pm, had the decency to tell my wife they couldn't help over the phone. The sad thing is, I had previously used this location for my old truck. But, I will never go to this location or any other Goodyear location for any vehicle needs. At the end of the day, your services provides one of the most valuable tools (vehicles) people need to commute, and accomplish success day end and day out. And I have the utmost respect for individuals who work and provide these types of services for myself and others. But great customer service can truly be the key difference that separates a great business from their competition. Goodyear Corporation needs to seriously consider more or better customer service programs for their employees. It's important to note that this negative review isn't just a reflection on this particular location but ultimately the entire organization as a whole. If you want to be treated better go somewhere else!

We’ve been taking our vehicles here for nearly 20 years. They are the only place we go for all tire issues and needs, and oil changes. All the men who work there (and now a woman ?) are great, especially Ivan. Such a positive experience every time. Highly recommended!

I purchased tires here last fall and brought my car back last weekend due to a slow leak in one of my tires. The guys at the shop were both friendly and honest. They got me in quickly and immediately found a nail in my tire that Firestone had missed. Unfortunately, they were not able to patch the tire due to the nail’s location. They offered for me to either replace the tire, or see if it was possible to get it plugged elsewhere first since my tires are still pretty new with a lot of life left on the tread. I appreciated their quick service and honesty compared to other shops, and would definitely trust bringing my car back here for future issues.

This place is an absolute joke and their dishonesty actually put my wife and children in a dangerous position. When I got an oil change, I asked to have a tire checked while they were rotating them and received a call back that they found nothing during the process. When I got home, I found what was causing the leak myself on the tire that was in the exact same spot as it was when I dropped the car off. The "rotation" never happened despite the fact they said they did it on the receipt. I'm not even sure they changed my oil, to be honest. They are good at charging for things but not good at actually doing the things. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Hunter was great!
Hunter helped me to inspect my tire on defects and confirmed and wrote a report. Thank you Hunter!
Will come back after everything is said and done and hopefully everything goes well with warranty.

Terrible customer service. I walked in at 5:38pm due to my tire pressure light coming on and tire level dropping. I asked the lady with short/low haircut if someone can take a look at it. She looked at her phone and said "we close at 6pm and we don't have time" I told her I just need someone to check it, she said it will take over 30mins to get it patched. I've had my tire patched before and it took less than 10mins.
She obviously didn't care to help me. Just plain ridiculous.

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I promise you. These people don’t not know what there doing. I came one day to get an oil change and they gave me back my car leaking oil, And in the interim, they stripped my oil pan, and I have to pay $7000 to get a new one and get it installed. And it’s been weeks since I heard from the claims department. Don’t bring your car here.

It appears that they have an automated service giving apologies for the poor service here I called the number they provided was on the phone for two hours, and they hung up on me. Next step is small claims court. I have no other alternative.

1- Beware of the hidden “shop supplies” fee that they don’t tell you about up front. They don’t even let you see the itemized receipt until after you’re done paying! It’s a miscellaneous charge that they admit is for profit. Why don’t they just add it to the price? Answer: because they hide it so the price appears lower than it really is.2- My decision to have the alignment done was based upon a large negative value for camber that they “discovered” during the free alignment check. I discussed this with the cashier and he agreed it should be taken care of with an alignment. Then, after the alignment, when I looked at the before and after alignment (he wouldn’t let me see this paper until I paid!) the same negative value appeared for camber. I was then told that camber could not be adjusted on my car. These are deceptive business practices.
