Everyone working the pharmacy is always cordial, professional and, most importantly, friendly - providing great service! It wasn’t always like that, and it’s very noticeable.

When I arrived, all the pharmacy workers, including the pharmacist, were standing around, talking. I waited almost 10 minutes before my presence was even acknowledge. Finally, the pharmacist came over, took my son's two Rxs from me while basically saying nothing, until, another customer came behind me. He immediately apologized to her for her wait, yet my time received no acknowledgement much less an apology. He later informed me that order would be ready in 1/2 hour. \n\nWe were live an hour away and were in this area visiting my parents. I attempted to fill two RXs that had been just prescribed while my son was in the ER. Five minutes after leaving, I receive a text message stating that my insurance needs pre-authorization for one of the RXs. I called the pharmacy to verify the plan they had on file for my son. They had the incorrect insurance carrier info. I provided the correct information and person whom I was speaking with told me that both RXs were now available for pickup. \n\nWhen I returned to store, I picked up OTC allergy and pain meds for my son brought them to the pharmacy for checkout my his RX scripts. When I got to counter, I provided the tech with my son's DOB and advised that was picking up two RXs for my son. She said no problem, rang up my purchases and sent me on my way. Once arriving at my parent's home, I realized that I was only given one RX and it was too late to contact the store. We then spent the night in the area and I returned to the store Saturday morning. The individual working the pharmacy drive through advised me that CVS was out of the medication prescribed, in the entire county, and so that is why it wasn't given. I let her know that I should have been advised of that information and asked that the physical RX be returned to me so that I could take it to Walgreens. She responded by telling me that it wasn't an availability issue but rather an insurance issue. I reiterated the same information I provided the night before and person responded by telling me she was off the prior night before. \n\nIn all, I was able to pick up son's additional RX and it was billed to the correct insurance carrier... but I ask, when did care and consideration for the customer get thrown completely out of the window? The pharmacy literally holds one's care in their hands and the dismissive, cavalier approach to patient care is concerning, at a minimum, and alarming. Stop hiring people that don't care, or stop acquiring smaller pharmacies that holds values that resonate with customers. It is clear the CVS only cares about the revenues and as a consumer and a HR Director with influence over my employees and their benefit choices, I will be telling EVERYONE I know not to utilize CVS pharmacy. These actions are no longer the exception, but are now your norm..

From here to Louisiana, I can always rely on CVS to have my medication ready, and I was able to get my covid vaccine while I was on vacation. So it's a win win situation

Went in for 3 vaccines. Made appointment online - easy. Arrived 5 minutes early and checked in - easy! Waited about 5 minutes, then received shots in a comfortable and private area by a highly competent pharma tech. No pain! Out in under 10 minutes, total. Friendly and cordial staff. Recently switched from Walgreens to CVS due to change in health insurance. Thus far I MUCH prefer CVS (to my surprise!).

Certainly the most incapable CVS in the world. Actually, CVS as a whole has gone down hill hard. I'm switching to locally owned because I'm tired of hurdle after hurdle with this company.

Staff is always helpful and pleasant. They answer my questions and make me feel like a valued customer. I also like the savings I get from rewards, coupons and Care Pass.

The staff were rude and didn’t even come to us for about 5 minutes. The actual place was okay but they didn’t really tell us what to find.

Always a long wait for prescription medicine. If the staff didn’t take 20 mins per person, it might move faster.

I had to fill a few prescriptions for my son and they were really efficient. The store was a bit messy but maybe it was due to the time of day. The pharmacy staff was kind and was willing to answer my questions.
