Joined CrossFit Liger in October!! Loving it! Trainers are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Feels like a great community gym!

CrossFit Liger is more than just a gym. The trainers are super knowledgeable, and the workouts are intense but rewarding. The community there is really supportive too. It's definitely a place where you can challenge yourself and see amazing progress. I highly recommend giving it a try! ??️♀️

8 years and counting. I Love this gym. Started with bootcamp and onto Crossfit. Love that it is not only a great gym with excellent coaches but a wonderful community! Before life starts I have my own slice of time here, working out, laughing and feeling great.
