This is a “cashless” branch. That’s right a bank … but no cash. Maybe Publix should stop stocking groceries.

Walked in and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. Stood there for 5 mins and two female employees walked right past and said nothing. I hate this branch.

They always treat me as professional as possible and quick as well.

One of the most useless chase banks in the area. When the ATM machine had an error and shorted me $20 and I had the receipt to show them they said they can't fix the error and give me the $20 I had to go to a different location... They switched out their actual useful bank tellers for a "sip" bar. The drive-up ATM NEVER WORKS. It probably works just as often as an McDonald's icecream machine.

This is the dumbest branch. It’s tellerless and cashless. You can’t perform any banking here, cash a check, deposit money, etc. They pay staff to point at the atm machine in the lobby when you walk in. It’s laughable

Do not open a new account with this bank. I did with a large cashiers check from Bank of America a major financial instituion and they have held my money for 12 days so far even though I confirmed through the Chase Bank Manager that Bank of America sent the funds 2 days after the deposit was made. Funds Chase is still withholding and refuse to make available. These are not people that can be trusted to hold your money. If you are opening a new account do yourself a favor and find a different bank than Chase. You know unless you don't need access to your money for weeks at a time.

This branch used to be great, now I am failing to understand why it even exists. There are no tellers, the lobby is full of ATM machines and that's about it. Seems like a huge waste of money to pay for a building that serves very little purpose when there are full service branches all over town. At the least it should say on their business listings that it isn't a full service bank.

I scheduled an appointment at this branch to open a business account last week based on the great reviews particularly about Andrew Mata and how helpful he is. When I show up for my appointment, I am advised that Andrew left a few days earlier and that no one is available to assist me. The branch manager was with another client and had to leave immediately after and the other banker was on a lunch break. I had the option of waiting until the banker's lunch break was over, but opted to leave and go elsewhere. Total waste of time.

My experience at this bank was the best I’ve ever encountered at any bank and that was because Andrew Mata, my assigned banker, was phenomenal! I scheduled an appointment online to open a new business account with Chase and Andrew made the experience great for my wife and daughter from beginning to end. He was very attentive to all of our needs and was very patient with all of our questions. He even offered my daughter crayons and a coloring book to keep her occupied. If you need a bank to go to and a banker that cares, go to Chase and ask for Andrew Mata! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

This is now a “cashless bank branch”. The woman sitting at the desk when you walk in directs all

we had our checking account breached and showed up right at 9am to take care of it. we were greeted by ian who told us he was waiting on someone to get there. after a couple of minutes he introduced himself as the manager and said that the person to help us called out sick and we could be taken care of at another location. REALLY!!?? we explained the urgency of our situation and he stated the person that was there had an appt coming up and he could not help us himself. we drove straight to the location on southern blvd and after a short wait were greeted by a ms. delaresa james who took care of our problem with great efficiency and care. typical of big banking nowadays. spend all this money and time on renovating their locations and marketing but, staff them with subpar management. when you trust your money to someone...you dont want to hear they "called out"...like thats a viable excuse. also, "thanks for coming in but we are unable to perform our jobs and would it be possible you go to another location"!? chase is in luck that they had us taken care of by ms. james or we would have been closing our accts and went elsewhere. do yourself a favor chase. make people like ms. james the managers that deal with the public and keep ian far from your image.

Staff is great. Andrew has some of the best customer service I’ve see . He cares about having a relationship with a customer. The fees at Chase are on the steep side, but I switched from ONC, who couldn’t build an app and operate it to my satisfaction. Chase has a great easy to use app. The only thing I don’t like this branch, is they took away the tellers. You can still get cashier’s checks and money orders via a human, but other transactions are done via a souped up ATM that can accept up to 30 checks for deposit. I prefer people, but Chase wants to eliminate employees. So this isn’t really a regular branch.

Dio is literally the sweetest woman I have ever met! She went above and beyond to help me and she didn’t even have to, PROMOTE THIS WOMAN! Seriously such a blessing to this word and to the company of chase.
