“Our easiest car rental yet- we didn't need paperwork after prebooking online. After arriving off the airport shuttle we went to the outdoor desk probably 20 steps away, said our name, and were told to pick a car directly behind his booth. We put our luggage in the back and off we went to the exit gate. The lady at the exit gate asked our name and scanned our car code, then off we went. We rented a very clean, smokefree Chevy Malibu.”

“I want to give a big thank you to Mohammed for helping me when I was in a pinch that he had no part in creating but had everything to do with fixing my problem.I booked a car with the Avis affiliate on Okeechobee and Jog. Herman, the manager dismissed me when I showed up for my reservation by telling me he had no car for me and he didn’t know when he was going to get the car back. What? I asked to upgrade, I’d pay to and he said he couldn’t help me, he had no cars and to call the 800 number to get the reservation transferred somewhere else.I walked in and was greeted by Mohammed. A good guy who told me he just had a car come in but it hadn’t been cleaned. I told him I had no issue with that and the car was nearly spotless from a few bugs. I was out of there on 20 minutes and was on my way for my trip. I got to where I needed to.Thanks again Mohammed! I appreciate your help.”

“I am a gold member and I have rented with Hertz for 20 years. I would like to thank this Hertz location for the exceptional service. I recently went into this location to ask some questions about an important upcoming rental. I was unable to get anyone on the phone from the local office. Any number that I called went directly to a call center that was off-site. I decided to go into the location and I met an amazing employee Annie. She was very kind, polite, and patient with all my questions. She was also very knowledgeable with all of their protocols and products. She definitely made our stressful situation a breeze. I highly recommend this location for renting a vehicle through Hertz. I equally highly recommend asking for Annie to assist you with any of your rental needs.”

“Manager on staff this afternoon was a great help in getting a billing issue resolved. I would like to insert that the previous manager a guy with dark curly hair, dressed like Miami Vice from the 80’s brushed me off on this same issue. If I only met him my review would be zero stars!!! So I really appreciate the person who did what was RIGHT today because it’s right!On another note corporate dropped the ball on trying to convert this location to all electric vehicles, this store does not have the staff to support this change nor the volume of customers coming in from PBIA.”
