Thank you isn’t enough to say to Davita at Bridal Couture of the Palm Beaches. I had the absolute best experience finding THE dress for my special day. She had 6 dresses all picked out and ready for me to try on. They were all gorgeous…like I had picked them out myself. I had her undivided attention as myself and my girlfriend were the only ladies in her salon. She 1000% worked with my budget and didn’t try and sell me something that I couldn’t afford. Phenomenal experience. If you are newly engaged and just starting your search, I would suggest starting here. You will NOT be disappointed.

This shop was absolutely amazing. It was my first shop in my dress shopping experience and Davita was so wonderful. Her collection of dresses is extensive and she provided a great experience and ambiance for me and my bridal party!

I would leave zero stars if I could. As soon as I came in with my mother, the owner of the store took us back and sat us down to ask questions. When I told her I would be looking today and not buying until the end of the month, she proceeded to lecture me about how I should have told her this on the phone and she would not have scheduled me if I did because it’s a weekend (Sunday). Meanwhile I have been to three other stores shopping around this month who have all accommodated me on a weekend. After an awkward conversation, she also mentioned I could not take any pictures of the dresses. She hostally started to ask me what I liked and to show her pictures from other places? On top of that, my mother started browsing to see what could pique my interest and she rudely told her not to touch the dresses and there is clearly a sign that says so. After all of the hostility, I decided this shop was not for me and walked out. The owner is RUDE and is only looking to make a sale. She is not at all helpful and I am shocked she is still in business, knowing other stores provide MUCH better service. I will steer all my friends and family far far away because this lady needs to go into car sales and not helping women with such a meaningful experience.

Don’t look anywhere else for your wedding dress. This is the only place you should shop!!! This is the best place by far for you to get your WEDDING DRESS or any dress for any occasion. Whatever theme/vibe you’re going for, whether it’s royal, elegant, simply and classy they have it all. Davita is an angel to work with. She makes you feel so comfortable and beautiful the entire process. If I could give 10 stars I would. I cried when I tried on and picked my dress. Thank you so much again Davita and Bridal Couture of the Palm Beach for helping my find my dream wedding dress!

Such a PERFECT experience!! Davita is so kind and so knowledgeable! She helped my sister pick out the dress of her dreams! We laughed and smiled the whole time, she got us a dress under our budget and made my sister feel so special! Absolutely amazing!!!

Found my dress!! Davita made an appointment for us the next day after we called. She was ready right at the start time. I showed her about 3 inspiration pics and gave her my budget. She had a few gowns in mind right away. We were able to find the gown quickly and she worked with our budget. With months of anticipation building up, I was getting anxious after not seeing the dress while waiting for it to be made. I reached out and both Davita and her husband responded immediately giving me advice and keeping me calm. When my dress arrived, I saw the magic Davita had in mind. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress!

A few months back I was looking for the perfect store to purchase my wedding dress. I found Bridal Couture & it did not disappoint. Davita knew exactly what I was looking for when I showed her what I wanted. She made me and my mother feel comfortable, she was so welcoming and so nice. She welcomed my bridesmaids and myself for my fitting and accommodated all my needs. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for being apart of my wedding journey. I highly recommend ?

I had not tried any dresses on, nor called any bridal salons to schedule an appointment when I tried to walk in and try on dresses, but Davita kindly explained that in order to best serve me, I ought to book an appointment. Covid and group size restrictions are difficult enough to work safely with, but more importantly, Davita did not want to sacrifice the service I would receive. I booked for 5 days out and came back with my mother and sister.
I showed Davita a few pictures I had saved, she asked a few questions and then we walked thru the boutique and she pulled dresses. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE was GORGEOUS!!! And fit for the look I was wanting. Ultimately, I had my "bride moment" and connected with a dress. Just to be certain, she jacked me up, then proceeded to put me back into the other 2 that I loved and tried the last few we had pulled, also. After going thru that, she put me BACK into "my" dress and again, I was a big, sappy mess. I knew, she knew, my mom and sister knew!
Davita was SO attentive and thorough. In a world where great customer service is hard to find, I was so touched by how invested she was in my experience and making sure I was 110% sure and satisfied with everything. My mom wanted me to have a "real" dress for our more intimate ceremony stateside (we will be having a ceremony in Europe with my fiancè's family), so she asked to see me in a sample gown, and we ended up getting that dress as well, at a major discount!!! Davita even threw in some foot jewelry, free of charge, for our local beach wedding.
Afterwards she pulled all of the paperwork together, explained tailoring charges and time frames for the dress to come in, my confirmation email on the order with the designer, how far out I need to book my tailoring appointment, and how long any alterations will take her seamstress.
The shop may be tiny, but her dress selection is so classy and romantic and figure flattering. In a room that small, there was literally something for any and everyone. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY BRIDAL DREAMS COME TRUE, DAVITA!!!! I even received a follow up email to offer any appointments for my sister, mom and daughters for bridesmaids dresses!!

What a wonderful experience I had at Davita’s store. At this point I had already gone to two other bridal stores and I was feeling a bit discouraged because I was not wowed by any dresses I had tried on. When I first walked into bridal couture I was blown away by how beautiful, clean and elegant the store was. You are the only bride in the store which made the whole experience very personable. I had to go by myself but I truly did not feel alone because Davita helped me find my dream dress!!! She is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I showed her exactly what I was looking for and she picked out several dresses that were the exact style. It made the whole process very smooth and enjoyable!!
