Marissa of 6 years was extremely helpful today. Not only did she help me in a very speedily manner; she gave me a much needed discount on a new phone activation. Purchasing the phone online is always your best bet, they have heavily discounted prices rotating regularly. If you have any problems the staff in store are more than willing to help but they're brick and mortar so they do need to get paid. Just be friendly and they'll be friendly back.

I've been with Boost for several years, but this store was a waste of my time the lady was rude, and they barely had any phones to buy I wasted a couple hours of my time dealing with this store!

I didn't get a chance to ask the gentleman's name behind the counter but he had a thick latin accent and he was very nice. I was in a rush and I had my five month old with me he was very helpful and all I needed to do is pay a bill. Thankfully there wasn't a line he was sweet and it was quick. I highly recommend this Boost Mobile if you're in the area.
