Just opened a membership the store was clean and very organized ? and very reasonable prices not to mention the friendly staff .

Today I went because I needed help with something, therefore I went to their customer service. I was treated so horribly by a worker there, she had red braids & I believe her name was Shirley. There was a long line and I could hear her repulsive attitude towards everyone. It was my turn in line and I was not excited about it. She started off without saying a simple “hi” or “hello, how are you?” She just straight asked me what I needed. She was EXTREMELY sarcastic and so passive aggressive. I would ask questions because I am not an employee at BJ’s so of course I wouldn’t know the answers, and each time she replied rudely. I have never been treated so disgusting by an employee and I really hope they do something about her because it is not a good look on the store. Do better.

If your getting a cake for an event here, they're definitely cheaper but horribly dry and poorly decorated, if you want it to be decorated like you want it's better to do it your self, and when you ask if they can fix it by adding something, the boss of the bakery section (I'm assuming) always looks like it's the toughest thing ever and sighs, rolls her eyes, takes the cake from your hands and gives you the complete opposite of what you asked... don't go here for decorated cakes.

I’m only giving two stars and not one because the staff was friendly, but BJ’s…. Seriously…. Update your operations. No one should have to wait 50minutes to get a turkey on a coupon you were giving out because your asinine pickup staff cancelled their order when their were obviously turkeys available for sale. Literally have to run the transaction up the chain of command to get a $18 turkey. You’d think i was getting a PC and a TV. No just an $18 turkey. I don’t know why you have an assistant manager who is literally powerless. I don’t know if you just don’t trust your staff, but cmon people shouldn’t have to go through that. Had my wife and newborn waiting in the car for almost an hr wondering what happened. Do better, much better in the future.

Getting through to anyone at this store is damned near IMPOSSIBLE! I called & pressed 5 for tire dept. It rang for an eternity then got bounced to customer svc. I was then told they'd page them, I was on for for 13 mins b4 some just HUNG UP the phone in my ear. I called right back to speak to CS & I am now on probably literally my 60th ringing of the phone. NO ONE IS ANWERING!

Stopped to use the restroom at around 9am. Every single stall in the ladies room had bodily fluids and solids all over it. Severely grossed out.
