Wow, the staff is really helpful and informative, Rachel was very kind to my father and went as far as to carry all of our old batteries and and held the door for us and even assured my father in sitting down. He tend to become confused and repeat himself and she managed to both answer the phone while holding conversations with us both and never spoke down to him, while also telling me about the life time options for our watches and Fobs for our cars. That was very useful since I have a small business reselling cars and have my own collection of American cars. The store was clean and we got what we needed. Thank you again definitely going to you instead of a dealership for programming and battery replacement from now on. Stay blessed.

ordered a repl battery for my APC battery which was in stock, did the online order my order was filled quickly and in about 10 min my order was ready for pickup no issues new battery was correct and they disposed of my old battery for me, new battery installed and works great.

Great customer service! CSR Spencer’s was an excellent technician. Found solution that saved me money on iPhone repair that was ready while I waited. I highly recommend the Batteries Plus store in Royal Palm Beach Florida.

Low quality service, Low quality parts, low quality business. Not sure what they got goin on but it’s grits. Never felt more played in my life then I did walking out that store. It’s shameful and outright blasphemy to be honest. Lastly, dude behind the desk was looking and talking to me crazy. HR gotta deal with him pronto.

My daughter broke our family iPad when we needed it most. I brought it here and the service was amazing. Not only was the repair quick and easy but the employees were very informative on the process. Every time I go here, I'm met with kindness and never feel like it unreasonable in price. I highly recommend this shop for repairs and batteries.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting my iPhone screen fixed at this store, and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they overcharge me for a simple screen replacement, but they also used low-quality parts that malfunctioned within days. To top it off, they claimed to offer a warranty, but when I went back with the issue, they conveniently disappeared, leaving me with a broken screen and an empty wallet. Avoid this place like the plague!

Beware! They didn’t fully repair the screen and when I called to report the issue they said “ well good luck proving it was us” um sir we have the receipt? they locked the store early so we couldn’t go in to speak with a manager then they actually threatened us with comments that were violent and included profanity. We are dealing with scammers. Beware do not go here. It’s a shame that people are being taken advantage of.

Got scammed out of $150 and they broke my phone screen. Went to get phone repaired and it broke 5 minutes after I left shop and they refused to give me a refund and closed the shop down early to avoid me coming in to show the receipt and broken screen. Went back a week later and the employees threatened me and said “what you gonna do about it.” Never go here these people are crooks and do not know what they are doing , very disrespectful , unprofessional and idiots. Worst experience I ever had in my life with any phone repairs they refuse to repair or refund a screen they broke. I had my receipt and the screen they broke and all they do is say “you can’t prove this” or “what you gonna do about it “ when I have a receipt in their face. These people are scammers and crooks who refuse to give money back when they broke my screen. NEVER GO HERE EVER
