I recently had a problem with my car battery, and Daniel at the AutoZone in Royal Palm off Southern was incredibly helpful. Despite the challenging situation, Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist us. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a solution, making the entire experience stress-free. All of the employees are clueless as to what's going on here at this store. I stood in line waiting to pay while they laughed and joked with customers. No one bothered to tell me that self checkout was available but out of view from me. Super annoying to stand around waiting for no reason at all while employees chat with customers.

They don't have enough help in the store. They don't have the product I'm looking for. They have other cheap gaudy items. And I know most of the stuff is sold aftermarket value

Daniel and his team were absolutely fantastic! Walked in with a dead battery and he was able to quickly get my batter changed even though my car was a bit more complicated than the average. Couldn’t recommend more!
