I was helped by Emily and Paula. This is probably the 3rd time now. That Emily has helped me out with issues with Mt phone. The vast knowledge she has about cell phones is amazing. I used to work for cell phone companies in my 20's im 44 years old now. So I like to think im Mr Know It All. But apparently not, the quickness of her support. Is just so cool to see. How fast she can maneuver thru the phones settings. Is faster then I could ever do even in my hay day. I have a Galaxy Z Fold 4. She has helped me with certain functions not working and settings not set right. As well as my issue with my phone plan. I was told one thing over the phone. When I got by Bill was not what I signed up for. Emily was able to take care of it so quickly. This last time I was in the store front. She started to speak Spanish to a lady that Paula was helping. I was so shocked my mouth dropped. I'm Latin myself and never knew Emily was also. Goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover. Then she tells me Paula knows 5 languages. I know 3 myself so I was very shocked. That im not the smartest in the room. Hahaha, it was a joy to have the experience I have had with Emily thus far. Paula your cool too lol. I was in/out of the store expeditously and being able to get everything done. Emily was a huge help. I had previously spent hours on the phone with various AT&T reps with nothing accomplished. Emily was knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely go back.

So, I went in today because my current internet provider has been down for 10 days and the customer service is horrendous. Then their Employee Emily quickly helped me and gave me information one what they could and could not do. I’m not even a customer and they were very helpful to me.

While the staff was super friendly, it was unfortunately overshadowed by poor execution on services requiring hours of customer service support and extra visits to other stores. After switching to firstnet for one phone number and adding a new line, they created an entirely separate billing account from the rest of the family plan. One phone had two phone numbers attached and the other got bricked, prices and plan details were inaccurate and a new phone given as a "deal" with trade in has less memory than was needed. They presented like they knew what they were doing but it turns out, it has caused quite the headache overall

Not much to say here. Service is not what you get. They are not much help. The person helping us has finger nails that are like 2 inches. She has trouble typing and programming everything. Not very good at the job. Go somewhere else

My husband and I had sworn off coming back here, but we decided to give it a try. Marc is AMAZING && was very helpful! We will continue to return to this store! He has changed out view and opinion on this location!

I want to shine a light on Marc for amazing customer service and being so helpful throughout the process of me transferring my phone service provider from T-Mobile to AT&T. Not only was he friendly and insightful, but he did an amazing job handling multiple customers at the same time. Marc is an Amazing Sales Rep!!

I want to thank Yassel for excellent customer service working alone on a Sunday with a store full of customers. he is the best multitasker I have met working with two or three customers at the same time and honestly I think they should upgrade him to manager of the store thank you for the great job.
