I'm incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Simmons and his team. As a first-time service dog mom, my wife has a unique and strong bond with our dog, and I’m really thankful for the patience and understanding we’ve received. Dr. Simmons is straightforward, compassionate, and truly considers the bigger picture—not just our pet's health but also what’s feasible for us financially, especially in this economy and with the challenges of disability and health issues we face. Gina and Andrew, in particular, have been fantastic—always friendly and ready to help. We couldn’t feel more fortunate to have Dr. Simmons looking after our service dog.

We couldn't be happier with Dr. Simmons and his incredible staff. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Simmons is not only compassionate and honest, but he also takes the time to understand both your pet's needs and what is financially feasible for you. It's clear that he looks at the bigger picture, ensuring the best care for your furry family member. A special shout-out to Gina and Andrew, who are always so welcoming and helpful. We feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Simmons and his team!

i was parked in their parking lot and they called the police on me because the lot was private which i was unaware of at the time. I do instacart to make some extra money and they could of easily asked me to leave if i was not allowed to park their without having to get the police involved and they decided not too. ive been parking in that lot for over a year and they never gave me a warning about it in the past. im also not the only person who parks their to wait for orders and yet im the only person they have a problem with while parking their. The cop ended up pulling me over for no reason and gave me tickets that didnt have anything to do with me parking their. Long story short, these people are POS's.

Absolutely amazing vet and staff. I'm so happy we were able to find a vet who is so caring. The whole atmosphere is wonderful. Highly recommend.

I am so happy we found this Vet! Not only is the office staff exceptionally service oriented, the vet is absolutely awesome! Clearly an animal lover, and we were really happy to have him.

Just switched vets from a national chain that had a membership. Animal Wellness Center has far exceeded my expectations and experience at any prior vet. The are friendly when speaking to them, very easy going and kind in nature. I also needed to reschedule my appointment and they changed to a new time with no issues. They are responsive and speedy with results. They sent me a text the same day our dog had bloodwork done and let us know the results were normal. They also allowed me to do the vaccinations spaced apart and I appreciated that very much. VERY PLEASED with the experience we all had there. Dr. Simmons and Gina were kind enough to explain and describe specific procedures. Dr. Simmons even walked me through how to brush my dogs teeth and gave me tips. I was never rushed out, and I asked a lot of questions because we are new there. They were patient and I left very happy.

Brought my cat in thinking I was going to have to put him down. They kept him over night and changed his diet. With minimal cost, they helped give him a good quality of life for another 8 months. Thank you.

I boarded my dog with them and when we picked her up and took her home, she drank water as if she hadn't had any for days. That was the first sign that something was amiss. But then, we noticed that we gave them 8 pills of medicine to give to our dog and got 8 pills back!!!!!! They did not give 1 pill to our dog the whole time that she was there! We had given them her meds in a pill organizer, but the woman at the front desk insisted that the pills must be in their original pill bottles with the instructions on them. So we went back home and came back with the pills in the original bottles. She read the instructions and asked if our dog had been given the medication that day. We confirmed that we did not. We normally give it to her in the evenings. The money we paid for that part of her stay is inconsequential, and people make mistakes. But not even one pill was given to our dog. Not one. She missed all of her doses!!!! That is gross negligence and inexcusable!!!!!! SHAME ON THEM. NEVER AGAIN.

Dr. Simmons and his staff are wonderful! Gina and April at the front desk are always very nice and helpful. Animal Wellness Center was recommended to me by someone else I know and I certainly recommend them as well. I never felt rushed or like just another #.

I would not recommend this clinic!!!! I would’ve gave them 4 stars until my Sister told me about her experience with the doctor! All about money! My pet went to an emergency clinic a few weeks ago for vomiting and after spending thousands of dollars she went to this clinic and they convinced her to do another x-ray and bloodwork even though we already had it done at another place!!!
