Got there at 7:30 am Saturday morning the only truck in the whole warehouse 5 or 6 employees nobody doing anything load wasn't ready so they had to get the 695 tires together 6 hrs later they finally finished and come to find out they over loaded me 25k pounds over 695 tires plus now they unloading me in no way is it the warehouse staff ppl fault poor management giving wrong orders to warehouse workers only person to Blame is management came n left in 2mins they should replace dude

Called to order 4 tires since I have a credit that they never see to refund at all, Questionable business practice. Went to pick and they could not find the order, finally i had to log in to give the location number, them i get a call back that they cannot process the card and the reason we called is to have this ready and process so went we go we don't have to waste time.. ATD work on your logistics they are bellow standards.
