Absolutely! They even printed out a return label for me for a Fed X package! I've used them before, you get a canyon sucker every time, haha, and I will click 5 stars every time! Fantastic service.

My child left their pillow at a rental house in Watersound Beach. The owner located and it and brought it to this store to ship home. Justin at UPS contacted me to get my information and was able to package it and mail it back at a reasonable price. He was a huge help, offered great customer service, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. My child is thrilled their pillow is on the way back home. Thanks for your help!

Left the store in tears because of how I was just treated by an employee. I didn’t catch his name, but he had long hair and was incredibly rude to me and seemed so bothered to do his job and help me. He was also the one answering the phones and was not friendly to the people he was speaking to. He might have been having a bad day, but that’s no excuse to treat customers so poorly.

Charged me $3.21 to print out a pre-paid UPS shipping label… Ridiculous. At my old UPS location I was never charged more than 25 cents for a sheet of printer paper and ink. They usually didn’t even charge me. Welcome to Inlet Beach, I guess.

To be honest it is the best UPS store that I have been to, and I have been to several stores across the country. The people that work in the store are amazing, they are always trying to help and to be honest they are really efficient in what they do.

Rude and unhelpful, rushed me as I was trying to pull up my qr for my packages. Usually everyone here is very nice I was quite surprised by his treatment

I went by this location to fax a 6 page fax and interacted with the franchise owner. She gave me amazing customer service and was also a nice person. I will definitely go there again.

I have been to this store numerous times The system has been down for over 4 days now. The last time I drove to the store I found out that the system was STILL down. I tried calling the local number for the store to ask if the system was back up and the system would not let me talk to a person. It is absolutely inexcusable that I have to drive to the store to get information and you can’t even answer your phone.

This is absolutely the best, friendliest, and most helpful UPS store location. I live closer to another one, but I drive a little further to go to this location. Always will.
