We stayed at Rosemary Beach Inn for 5 nights, it is perfectly located close to beach, and the shops and restaurants. Perfectly maintained, welcoming and charming feel. Romantic ambiance with a touch of home, definitely would stay again! Breakfast downstairs is amazing, and also so convenient. Thank you for hosting us and your support of the Warrior Beach Retreat.

Although my wife I have stayed with Rosemary Beach Inn 6 times over the last 4 years, this was our last. Working with the booking desk this past year was beyond frustrating and disappointing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my wife and I had a scheduling conflict with one of our reservations. Although we booked our reservations a year in advance, the inflexibility of modifying dates was shocking. There were multiple assurances of call backs, return emails and calls from the manager or "owner" never happened. We were ultimately forced into a date we did not want but ended up accepting. Thankfully during our stay we found out that The Pearl has lovely accommodations, free beach chairs and available bikes to their guests free of charge for less/night that RBI. To that end, we have already secured dates for 2025.
We were completely alone in the building at night. It was a bit concerning because there was just 1 code for the main entrance- it also happened to be the same code to our room. If someone happened to know the code-anyone could have come in to the building AND our room!
Added note, The Pearl has assured us there will be no revolting smells of sewage throughout the building in the afternoons and flies throughout the kitchen and dining area. Something they should really look into moving forward.
Walkability: Good location to the beach.

I had one of the best vacations at The Rosemary Beach Inn. The owners, managers, and staff were so lovely, friendly and accommodating. It was like staying in friend’s home - they make you feel so welcome. The rooms were so chic - comfortable, clean and stylish. I loved the shower steamers! The location is everything! You can see the ocean and walk/bike to everything. The views are amazing. We had breakfast at summer
Kitchen downstairs every morning and the food and service were amazing. I felt like I was vacationing in a Hallmark movie - it was idyllic - and will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. Just took a girl’s trip and stayed there. Staff is so attentive, the location can’t be beat (steps to the gated beach entrance and a ton of stores and restaurants). Summer Kitchen downstairs is friendly and yummy—you get breakfast vouchers included with your stay which makes the morning way easier!). French toast, potatoes, scrambles, and frozen palomas were some favorites. Rooms are so cute and tidy, with plenty of good coffee pods, mini fridge, beach and regular towels, toiletries, etc. There’s filtered water, carafes, and an ice station downstairs. Beach chair set up is also included so you can just roll up with your beach bag and relax. It’s family-owned— the staff all seem to genuinely like working there and are happy to help with anything you need. We had bikes delivered (very affordable) so we never even moved our cars. We will definitely be back!!

We just checked out this morning after spending a week in RB Inn. This was our 5th time staying with them. The staff at the inn and the Summer Kitchen literally greet us with smiles and hugs. The location couldn't be better. The inn is very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoy having beach chairs and umbrellas. The Summer Kitchen has delicious breakfast and lunch. This is family owner and managed. The customer service couldn't be better! We only wish you could experience this for yourself!

The location is the best thing about this place. It was a very short walk from everything we wanted to do, and the closeness to the beach was amazing! That and the beach chairs provided for 2 days made our stay more easy-going. No need for bikes either. I should have looked into it before, but I did not know that this is a “self service” inn. It was a bit frustrating that after spending $1200 for 3 nights, we had to call and ask for new towels and a change of linens. They said they would normally charge us for that, which is a bit silly to me. Check out was just dropping room keys into a box. I originally booked with the Inn because I prefer hotels to Air BnBs, so I did not love those aspects.

My wife and I are very selective travelers when it comes to making our hotel reservations. Each year we vacation in the Florida panhandle and have stayed in rental houses/ condos which turned out to be less than "optimal". Previously, we rented in Seaside but found it to be too crowded and the rentals to be not well maintained. At the end of May, for the past three years, we have stayed at the Rosemary Beach Inn (Rm. 203). The Inn is located next to the beach access (beach towel, chairs with umbrella provided) and the local restaurants and shops are just a short walk. The room and bathroom smell fresh and room service keeps it spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The owners appear to invest in upgrades each year. As of our most recent stay, the Rosemary Beach Inn now provides Youtube TV and their own high-speed digital internet. This is a vast improvement from the past. The community internet service bogs down in Rosemary Beach, especially in the evening. For those who stay at the Rosemary Beach Inn this a problem of the past. A delicious complimentary breakfast is provided down stairs in the Summer Kitchen Cafe.....try the Breakfast Roll Ups. Finally the staff and owners are very friendly! We will be back in May 2025! Thank you!

My experience at the Rosemary Beach Inn was far from satisfactory. Despite being the second most expensive option in the area, it failed to meet even basic standards of comfort and service.
The after-hours check-in process was needlessly cumbersome, requiring a 10-minute walk to obtain a room door code that could easily have been emailed or provided in a lockbox at the hotel itself. The lack of awareness from the staff regarding our late arrival was concerning, as was the fact that the same code was used for both the hotel entry door and individual room doors, compromising security.
Upon entering the hotel, the musty odor immediately struck us, setting a disappointing tone for our stay. Inside the room, the absence of water and essential amenities was glaring, forcing us to make repeated trips downstairs. The malfunctioning TV only added to the frustration. To top it off, the staff's indifference was palpable, as evidenced by their failure to even acknowledge us as we left our room. Attempts to reach them by phone were met with incompetence, with one staff member unable to provide clear guidance on key return procedures.
Despite the natural beauty of the town and the warmth of its people, our experience at the Rosemary Beach Inn was marred by poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail from the management. It's disheartening to see such potential overshadowed by negligence and apathy. As frequent travelers, this was a disappointing introduction to the world of hotel reviews.

Noteworthy details: They have their own private beach chairs which is really nice, Because you don't have to fight the crowds. There's pools there.

My husband and I first heard about the Rosemary Beach Inn via an Instagram post! After seeing some amazing reviews, we decided to spend a week here for our honeymoon & we could not be more thrilled!
Our room was on the second floor. It was comfortable, the AC was lovely (as it was the middle of June), and the complementary Keurig was perfect for morning coffee.
The Inn is STEPS to the beach, and the complimentary breakfast at the Summer Kitchen was delicious! We did not get in our car once. We ate at the restaurants all around the Inn for dinner each night.
The Inn has an umbrella and chairs already set up for you on the beach AND you have access to four community pools! This was a dream!
We will absolutely be back, and have already told family that they need to come stay as well! Thanks!

The Inn was such a cute find for our honeymoon! We had a fantastic view of the beach and the weather and water this time of year is perfect. I’d just warn others to bring your own chairs as they take them pretty early, we came down at 3:40 and they were gone. Otherwise it is such a great place to stay and will be rebooking!

Our stay at The Rosemary Inn was fantastic! The location is perfect; we parked our car and didn't move it until it was time for us to check out. The beach chairs and umbrella set up was convenient and well planned. The staff during check in and housekeeping were professional and helpful. The building is charming and quaint. It was quiet and relaxing. We loved the easy access to the beach and we could see the beach from our room. We only used our comp breakfast coupon one day.

I recently stayed at Rosemary Beach and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly stunning. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to the white beaches of 30a make it understandable why the hotel is priced the way it is.However, I must mention that our room was quite small and lacked a sitting area. The bed, on the other hand, was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. One minor issue was that the air conditioning never got below 68-69 degrees, which might not be ideal for those who prefer cooler temperatures, like myself.Another aspect I wished for was sheer curtains, allowing us to open the blinds without sacrificing privacy. Nevertheless, the service provided by the management company was exceptional, which made our stay more enjoyable. One thing to note is that parking can be a challenge, particularly if you arrive closer to 6 PM for check-in. Be prepared for a bit of a walk with your luggage. With only one other hotel next door, the advantage of dining at a rooftop restaurant and then simply walking downstairs for breakfast, followed by a short walk to the beautiful beaches, is truly priceless. If you're looking for a more luxurious experience, I would suggest considering renting a house or cottage in the area. However, if you value the breathtaking location and convenience, the hotel at Rosemary Beach is still a worthwhile choice.

Would not recommend. My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend here for my birthday this June and unfortunately, his father has fallen ill and will be in the ICU for the next 6 weeks. We were so excited to stay here but have to cancel due to this. We called the number and Rebecca answered the phone and was rude off the bat. We asked how her day was when she picked up and she responded “well I’m working on a Sunday so not great.” We explained to her our situation and she had attitude the entire phone call. She REFUSED to let us speak to a manager when we asked for it. So here we are almost a thousand dollars out, more than 2 weeks in advance and can’t even get in touch with a manager. We were so excited to be staying here before and we’re planning to book another trip right after his dad gets out of the hospital but we have been turned off from this place now. Shocked that such a nice place in Rosemary Beach would treat us this way.
