While on vacation, I bought a nightgown here. I realized once I got home ( Missouri) that I bought the wrong size. I knew my daughter would be going to Florida in two weeks so I sent it with her (with the tags on, with original receipt) so that she could exchange it for me. They refused to exchange it for her because it was a few days outside the 14 day return window. Even after the situation was explained with the manager; they still refused. This is very upsetting because I have enjoyed shopping there every year and have been a great customer over the years. I don’t plan on shopping there anymore. This is not good customer service and although I do understand you have rules to protect your business; you should also be accommodating especially in these circumstances.
I just read your response. This is not true. The nightgown was bought in maroon and she found a nightgown in black that she wanted to exchange it for. The black nightgown was the same price, the same style and brand. It was just in a different color. It was not the color I wanted but atleast it would’ve fit me. Doing this, would not have hurt your store in any way. I bought the nightgown on March 12 and she tried to return it on April 30th. This was four days outside of the return window. Is your business here to help customers or only for personal gain?

I came here specifically looking for Caudalie products, which I found, but the 2 people working were far more concerned with their gossip than helping customers. The entire time I was in there no one even looked up to say hello.

I was gifted the white tea shea butter salt scrub bar and it was the best bath product I have ever used. Taking nightly baths is my one and only self-care luxury these last couple years so I enjoy bath products and the smell of the white tea was phenomenal and the salt scrub with Shea butter of the bar made my skin so incredibly smooth after a couple uses. Unfortunately I did not order more before the summertime when they don't ship them and I live all the way in Wisconsin. I'm considering sending someone down to Florida to pick some up for me. It's that good!!!!!!!

The custom scent section is so fun! I was able to pick out scents for a custom perfume and the customer service was fantastic. I was helped immediately while trying to decide on what scents to pick. I can’t recommend this store enough, I will be going back for more items in my custom scent.

Enjoyed their products so much when visiting Rosemary, ordered more as soon as I got home too. Wonderful staff, very helpful and the products (particularly their soaps) are fantastic!

Great selection of merchandise! However, the manager (assuming) was the most unhelpful, rude and arrogant person. I was looking for a black chemise and found one in the wrong size. She was in the back on the phone. I waited for the phone call to end and politely asked if she had a smaller size. She told me they were short staffed and to ask the girl at the counter. She made a hug HUFF and went into the back to find me the size I needed. She handed me a packaged chemise, did not offer to unwrap it or to steam out the wrinkles. Basically threw it at me. I opened it and tried it on. It fit perfect and I bought but-only because I had been looking for one for a long time. My friends were sitting on chairs outside of the store where I could show them. I opened the door to show them the dress. The store was heavily scented and one of my friends could not handle the smell. The manager gave them a very dirty look and slammed the door shut! Such a shame, its a beautiful store and products soured by the horrible attitude and customer service of one person!

I don’t normally write bad reviews but when you’re the manager of a store, you set a good example for your staff by showing that you notice ALL customers in your store whether they have something in their hands or not. This was not the case with the blonde headed manager who whizzed right by me while I was looking at a rack of clothing. I noticed her walk right up to another customer nearby and talk so kind and sweet to her. I did walk right up to the so-called manager to tell her “thank you for noticing me while you walked right by me.” Her answer? Oh, I didn’t see anything in your hands and this customer had something in her hands.”So therefore, you don’t take notice or talk to customers unless they are holding something in their hands. What a great example you set for your staff. My husband did take the time to revisit this store to see if a sincere apology would be given by this manager today but no such luck. She actually told him, “ I’m sorry she felt that way.” Not taking any accountability for her actions and asked my husband to leave. Not even once apologizing or asking how they could make it better for their customers. It could have gone a different and better direction if this manager and her staff behind the counter weren’t so self-absorbed but I guess this is what is being hired in stores unfortunately. I’m happy to say I’ll never shop or buy anything from this company.

Amazing staff, very helpful and polite. Nice variety of bath and beauty products, home essentials and fragrance. Lots of natural products to choose from, both common/mainstream brands like Aveda and Caudalie as well as small business brands like pacha soap. There's a cute little section for custom scenting and they even have a small boutique with sun dresses and good cotton pajamas. The one thing I'd say is if you're going to buy anything here, buy products that are natural and harder to find. The more common items can be found at sephora and even wholefoods market for 1/3 the price, especially if it's on sale. I just came out with a $200 goody bag and have no regrets! Love my entire purchase!

Extremely rude. We came in said it smelled good and the employee audibly said "of course it smells good it's a soap store" in an extremely passive aggressive tone. Terrible service.

Fun, though 2/5 products we purchased from the custom scent kiosk(proprietary formula) had little tono scent (in bottle and when applied to skin).No reply to email, but when I called Jenny, (Manager) did say I could mailthem back at my expense, and she would enhance and ship at no cost.Caveat, avoid the hassle,smell before you leave and make sure “the formula” is noticeable and satisfying to you!!
