Favorite vet on the NE - efficient & the nurses are kind. KK, whom I just met this recent trip was extremely pleasant. Dr. K is my usual vet she’s thorough & quick.The 2 people (guy and girl) who sat at the front could’ve been a lot more pleasant however, KK definitely filled in where they fell short.My dog generally is in a good mood once he leaves although he hates the vet overall, which is a great sign.Thanks always!!!

We love seeing Dr Carr and all of the staff. They are all compassionate and friendly. We have visited them for wellness exams as well as sick visits. Love that when some urgent is going they can get you in quickly.

We had an emergency with our pet. We are from Tennessee. They retrieved his records and treated him on the same day we called. We could not have met more friendly people or been happier with our dogs treatment. We will call them again if the need arises as we come here often. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!

Dr. Carr is an exceptional vet who listens and cares deeply. She is so smart and on top of dog issues, diagnosis and implementation.We feel so confident and fortunate in her care. The technicians are equally kind and so in tune with clients and pet needs.

I cannot recommend Kindness Pet Hospital enough. When my dog ate too much sand and wasn't feeling well, Kindness Pet Hospital was able to see him right away. They had a conservative approach and walked me through all of my options. I felt their pricing was very reasonable, and they even called the next day to check-in on my dog. The entire staff was great - I really felt like they took care of my dog like their own.

Kindness Pet Hospital has made myself and my pup feel like family since the first day we visited! Tori treats Cholula like her own fur baby and the staff always makes sure Chu is comfortable before trying any tests or checks. I can't recommend this vet enough!! They put the KINDNESS in vets! :D

We are so thankful for the wonderful care we received for our 14 year old dog. We were on vacation and someone recommended Kindness. They took great care of us after spending the weekend in and out of the emergency vet in Destin. Everyone was so sweet and informative. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl!

The only downside of moving from Alabama to florida was leaving our vet. It took several places but kindness is the one we are 100% pleased with. Knowledgeable and caring staff. Our 15 year old Chihuahua approves as well.

Just moved to the area and my dog got kennel cough. They were able to see him same day. Staff was extremely friendly helpful knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. Afterwards they brought me a treatment plan and went line by line each item with me and why they wanted to do each item and gave me the option to veto anything on the list. He needed fluids and meds and labs and all so there was a small list so it was nice having everything explained and not being surprised by any cost. They even gave us some free food to take home to help with his stomach since he hadn’t been eating. They were kind and patient with my young child who was with me and provided crayons and colors to keep him occupied during the visit and even helped us back to our car. And they followed up with us the next day to check in and make sure treatment was going well. This by far has been the best treatment I have received by a vet and I will recommend everyone go to them and will be using them for my animals from here on out. 10/10

We are so grateful for Kindness Animal Hospital and Dr. Carr! We were visiting the area for a few weeks when we needed to take both our Goldens in for separate issues. They got us in within a day of calling, Dr. Carr was so thorough in walking us through things for both our boys, and following up. Also the name of the clinic is so fitting too... they really are kind! :) If you are a local or just visiting, I highly recommend Kindness to take care of your fur babies.
