God bless them. ? Gary is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic around here. I had a very annoying issue with the supercharger. Even though he specializes on imports he was kind enough to take a look. He told me an easy way to fix it by myself rather than trying to give a bloated bill like all other mechanics do. He knows whats going on. I wish he grow his business little bit more, hire some awesome and honest mechanics like himself to keep up with the high demand. Local community needs this business. A++ business.

I took my 2016 GTI in with a gas fueling issue and an intermittent hesitation issue where my car would suddenly stop accelerating for a second. A good chunk of change and a day later, my car ran like new and no longer had fueling issues. I would say the piece of mind was worth the cost in this case. Also way better than dealing with the VW dealership! I’ll be taking my GTI here from now on.

Made and confirmed an appointment to have a pre sales inspection done on a beautiful John Cooper Works Mini Cooper. The owner lives in the area (I live in SC), and all arrangements were made (and confirmed by White's) that they would perform the inspection this Wednesday. Everything was arranged, the owner of the JCW Mini was ready to drop it off today (Tuesday). But at 8 am today, I received a Facebook message, that they cancelled the pre inspection, because "CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THERE CONTROL" . I called and talked to Jeanie (?) and asked her what that meant, since all arrangements were made, and all the tech was going to do was look over the Mini. Well she told me she would call back in 15 minutes, well that is now over an hour, and I am sure she just blew me off and never intended to provide ANY LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I live in South Carolina, and the owner even went so far as to agree to deliver the car himself way up here (really nice of him). But it seems that service in not a word that White's understand and never planned to followup on any promise. No level of service at all seems to be White's level of service. Would not even take a few minutes to return my call as promised and sure they did not care enough to call me back as promised. You call this CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOPE IN ANYWAY. Graham H. South Carolina

Great dyno service, nice to know what my mustang makes on the nitrous. If you have big tires make sure they clear the fender when the vehicle squats so they don't rub. Highly recommend for dyno service as that's all the experience I have had with the shop.

Gary is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They even have a chassis dyno for tuning engine management systems.
