A suspected fraudulent transaction call was made to me which at the time I didn’t know it was fraudulent. Caller sent me a verification code I read it back. Charges on my account were verified one was not me they turned off my card sent out a new one and to later find out that the caller helped them selves to $648. My claim has been denied twice. I’ve been embarrassed by Wells Fargo turning off my debit card due to suspected fraud to find out it wasn’t and not that it is they won’t return my funds. If I could afford legal representation I would sue Wells Fargo. I will take my 3 account elsewhere. Don’t bank at @wellsfargobank you will regret it???

I scheduled an appointment online to change some account details. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and helped through my questions & needs. Kelly was wonderful!

I’ve been trying to call to make an appointment all week but no one will answer the phone so it just hangs up. I walk in and was told they are not excepting walk-ins because they’re too busy. I wanted to open a new business account. That will certainly not happen at this bank. Very horrible service in every way.

This thanks branch is horrible! Third time I've been to this bank & that issues w/ ATM machine. Now it's saying deposits are not being accepted???

Bobby was fantastic opening our sons first bank account, everything was explained clearly and slowly. Even stayed after closing to insure we were happy with our experience. The branch manager Daniela was very helpful as well and professional. we love banking here.

I was appalled by the service that was offered to me by a Teller named Bobby. I approached this teller with an inquiry of where I should be directed to withdraw a large amount of cash(rent). He was very condescending with me as well as sarcastic in answering me, and as he continued to service me he asked me a series of questions that were honestly not just a strangers way of making small talk, but really required answers that were none of his business, he even went as far as asking me if I was using my money to, "are you buying something cool?" at the end of my transaction. He showed absolute no discretion in providing me with my account balance, and then providing me with my withdrawal especially in his practice of counting my withdrawal before handing it over to me(cash up in the air, hands damn near over his head, and very loudly). I am a woman of small stature and after the lack of Bobby's discretion with a lobby of customers of all walks of life, I truly did not feel safe leaving the branch with my rent money in cash. I have tried to contact the branch to speak with the branch manager on this matter just so a more secure way of handling customers information and funds could possibly be introduced, but unfortunately after several attempts in calling this branch over the phone, no one ever answered. I will be switching to a credit union. This branch is not safe.

I was honestly wary of coming to this branch because of the poor overall rating. However, I had a great experience here! I went in to close my account and cancel my credit card. I didn't have an appointment, but was seen within 1-2 minutes. Kelly helped me close my account and gave me excellent advice regarding my credit card (which would need to be canceled over the phone). I expected attempts to persuade me to keep my account or pitch something else to me, and I didn't experience that at all. Very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend this branch.

We have been using this Wells Fargo branch since our retirement in 2018. While most of our banking is done online, when we need a physical location we have found the staff here to be more than helpful. Keep up the good work!

Great customer service! My experience working with Bobby to set up a new account was phenomenal. He was extremely professional and made sure I was well aware of all my options through the process. He took extra time to get me set up on the app.

There's a reason they have such a low rating and now I know why. The 17 yrs I've banked with them and they've cashed checks for other people with my name on it asking for no ID. They've messed up my account numerous times and apologized I get it, but when did they stop letting others deposit money into your acct? My local branch has no problem if I send someone to deposit money for me, with acct info and cash in hand to deposit without my debit card! Apparently not at this branch, there's a reason he closed his acct there and I see why I'd like to as well. So I guess they're paperless at this location and said he couldn't even fill out a deposit slip to do it? Many thumbs down to you ..

I had an 11 am appointment. 20 minutes into waiting with no clue as to how much longer it was going to take I walked out. Totally pathetic in there. No sign in sheet nothing. Fortunately, I called back the 800 number where I told them what happened and it was taken care of over the phone because at that point I was just going to have them mail me the paperwork.

I was 30 minutes who attended me and when they finally did they told me that they could not help me, they should place people younger and wanting to help the clients of
