They’re always very friendly and funny. I go in to ship a package, I leave laughing so hard I forget I still have the package in my hand. Come back in, ship it finally, and can’t wait to come again next week. Sometimes I continue laughing the whole drive home, all the way through dinner, and occasionally even in my sleep. It’s slightly terrifying, but I wouldn’t trade my UPS experience for anything.

Because the customer service representative provided EXCELLENT service. Her name is Ressie, and she should be a customer service representative trainer. I'm 72 years old and I truly don't believe I've ever received such great service. She went above and beyond to help me with my return yesterday, April 27th.

They are very fast and don't mess around. I have never waited in line longer than a couple minutes. Most of the time there is no wait.
