Absolutely amazing Customer service. I was shopping for a better Home Owners policy last year and was assisted by Kevin. He stayed in touch with me and was able to find me a much better rate on my policy and then did one better and got me better rates on my auto insurance. He was very helpful during the process and provided timely communication and follow up and made it so simple and easy.

I was 2 days before closing on a house in Rockledge when my Homeowners Insurance Co let me know my new home could not be insured by them! What? My brother recommended Turner Insurance(a local business!) and what a Blessing! Kevin took my call at 4:37 in the afternoon. I e mailed my home inspection report to him and by the following morning he had a very reasonable quote for me! He has also gone above and beyond to cooperate with my lender to expedite anything needed and the closing is going ahead as scheduled! Next l will switch both my automobiles to them. I would like to express my gratitude for agent Alicia Gomez regarding the remarkable customer service given to me on the evening of July 17th at around 4:45
pm sending her into overtime. To my amazement, she called to tell me that she had shopped for me and had found the better rate that I asked about the year before. She casually stated that she had placed my name on her calendar last year reminding her to call me back a year later when an acciden would come off of my policy opening the door for a shop that would result in a lower auto rate. The new rate she found was so much better for this 70 year old senior who doesn't drive much any more and who is supporting my disabled adult son who loves to eat. I thought that her dedication to her customer, me, was stellar and that made me feel important like family. Please acknowledge her magnanimous and friendly attitude, her knowledge and expertise and the fact that this customer thinks that she rocks!

I was recommended to go in and see if Turner could help me with my homeowners insurance and they were great and I was able to keep the same coverage on my house at a better rate since my former insurance company moved out of the state. Kelly found me a great policy with a fair rate and took the stress away. Thank you

I found myself involved in a complicated real estate transaction representing a buyer in Brevard and needed to make a call to the listing agent's preferred insurance provider who is Turner Insurance to overcome a major repair obstacle involving aluminum wiring. Kevin at Turner Insurance answered my call and reiterated exactly what I already knew was true about homes not being insurable with aluminum wiring, but I am writing this review because he agreed to assist me and my buyer by composing an email that ultimately communicated with clarity what the seller needed to do in order to sell the condo to anyone using a loan. Although I had already presented three other insurance companies' evidence to the list agent, it took one more from the listing agent's preferred insurance provider to push the pendulum towards a remedy and stay under contract. Thank you Turner for having integrity and speaking the truth so my buyer could stay under contract. You might read this review and think this isn't a big deal, but it was. To the list agent, speaking to her preferred insurance agent was the word she was willing to trust over the ones I use and trust daily. And I am so very grateful for Kevin for agreeing to email me the words that I needed to convince the agent we were ALL telling the truth. Thank you Kevin!
