“They’re always very friendly and funny. I go in to ship a package, I leave laughing so hard I forget I still have the package in my hand. Come back in, ship it finally, and can’t wait to come again next week. Sometimes I continue laughing the whole drive home, all the way through dinner, and occasionally even in my sleep. It’s slightly terrifying, but I wouldn’t trade my UPS experience for anything.”

“I placed my order online and not even a hour later the order was ready. I really love the ease of placing orders. It said it wouldn't be ready until the next day but after calling the manager reassured me that it wouldn't take that long. There was a mix up with hours online and I arrived after their closing time. When I explained this to the manager the next day she took the time to explain it to me. She was so friendly and really cared about excellent customer service. I will be sure to do more work orders for my flyers here in the future.”

“I've been waiting on a package for my children's birthdays and was not home when FedEx tried to deliver it on a saturday, they went a little bit early right before I got there. As you can imagine I was in a panic, the FedEx ship center closed at noon on Saturday however I pulled up at 12:30 and Sarah and Jonah became my angels. Not only do they locate the package but after verifying my identity they were able to hand me the package and make my children's birthday everything I dreamed it would be. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for Miss Sarah and Jonah for going out of their way even after hours”
