Great people, reasonable prices, also they have a military discount. So I'm a fan. I've been using them for about 4 years and I haven't had a 'bad' experience.

Excellent and fast service! Able to assess a coolant leak in my VW jetta the same day I called. Repairs were completed promptly and I was kept in the loop on expected time and costs throughout the process. Prices seemed very reasonable and I will definitely return for any future needs!

Me my mom and daughters all use this shop exclusively. They have been honest and helpful. They always give us the best pricing and helpful service. They have flat out saved us thousands of dollars when a diffent shop said that soemthing major was wrong and it turned out to be a minor repair. They stick by there warranties and truly try to save you money when they can been using their services going on 15+ years.

Did nothing, tried to charge $1000 for a $300 job aka power steering pump replacement, and taxed me $53 just for looking at it, not to mention that I was a regular customer of theirs and live a mile away,( poor ethics with a smile )

I have been using the Schlenkers Rockledge location for many many years now. I bring my POV's and my work vehicles here for one reason, quality service and fair prices. Their efficiency in diagnosing issues and their integrity are bar none. I am a Technical person by trade and am familiar with this aspect of work and so have higher than normal expectations and they have never failed to deliver! I have sent folks to them that were tired of getting the run around at other loactions, to include dealers(!), and they all have been happy with Schlenkers service. I work with Don pretty much every time I go there and he is certainly a valuable asset to their company. It's nice to have an honest and trustworthy mechanic right in one's "backyard".
