Very friendly staff and they fixed a bent prong on my engagement ring right on the spot. They also informed me that if another prong goes out of place I will need to replace the head, but we’re not pushy about it. I will definitely be back if the head needs to be replaced while I’m in the area.

Had a 14 yr old Bulova Percisionist that my wife gifted to me. The dial had a 4 o'clock silver marker that fell off inside from a bump shock. I truly thought it was over. Within 20 minutes, as good as new! Thank you so much, Todd and Rae Lynn.Rockledge Jewelers is the very best.

I called for the most tiniest of repair I'm a senior citizen in rockledge they still want to charge me $30 to $40 for the most my new 5-minute repair absolute rip off have no concern for senior citizens they're only concerned about ripping people off for money it takes me a long time to make $30 that's almost a week's worth of gas for my truck or food for 5 days and they want to rip me off for 5 minutes worth of work completely insulting and a bunch of thieves and no consideration for people that don't have money they're only interested in ripping people off and I'm sure many people have been ripped off how absurd and unconsiderate

Have been coming here since I lived in rockledge 3 years ago... now I live in Titusville & it has to say something good this place as I travel 25 miles just to get jewelry fixed - trustworthy & good quality repairs!Recommend 3x over!

Normally I will name out an excellent employee by name, but here EVERYBODY is absolutely delightful. Ana was the person whom I met first, exactly the type of person I would want to represent my small business. Classy, but not pretentious. This is a family owned business, and it shows. The owners are more than happy to converse with you as well. Exactly the kind of business Brevard needs, and I am happy to patronize.Also, they rescue dogs :) So I would give 10 stars if I could!
