Well I hate to keep harping on this store but the management has done it again. I guess we are now supposed to bag and put our groceries in our cart while the managers just stand around watching the chaos! I'm okay with that but then don't charge me a premium to shop at your "no service" store. Either staff your store properly or lower prices and get rid of the old produce. Really unfortunate how Publix has fallen over the last five years. Long lines, see-checkout, reduced staff, and now I have to bag myself. Very shortsighted and it will cost them in the long run.

The pharmacy manager, Hiteshi Patel is rude and definitely insincere. I went to pick up my mom’s pain medication, when she pulled up the name, she told me initially that the order can’t be filled until November. After I told her I called and an associate told me it would be filled , she back pedaled and said he processed the wrong order and I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. I told her that that’s an issue between her and the associate. She unapologetically apologized and told me I had to wait. Less than 3minutes later the order was ready. Amazing. I believe she messed up and looked at h the wrong information and blamed the associate. If it truly was an error in processing the wrong order it would have taken the standard 20-30 minutes, not 2 minutes to give me my moms meds. She is rude, unprofessional and has no accountability for herself.

This Publix is awful. No customer service. The deli is completely understaffed and under trained they put restrictions on buying food by the pound peak times of day regardless of morning afternoon or evening they never have chicken tenders, popcorn, chicken, and or rotisserie chickens available wait times at deli are horrendous Staff at deli are rude and slow as molasses. I have been a loyal Publix customer for 40 years and willing to pay higher prices for customer service. Publix is no longer the gold standard of shopping! don't shop here customer loyalty, no longer matters in a world of convenient self check out and in adequate staffing Management should be advised this location does not maintain Publix quality standards.

Does Publix not teach their employees how to bag groceries? I just got home and heavy bottles of pasta sauce were put in the same bag as chips! Why can't all the cold stuff be put together and the frozen together? At least cold with frozen. There is no method to this madness. Cmon Publix! Teach your employees how to bag groceries!

Constant rudeness at the pharmacy in Rockledge and in multiple locations as well.. We have had enough!!! My Husband was told they cannot fill cholesterol perscription and turned him away. We Brought the same prescription to Walmart and the pharmacist Explained that it was the weekend and they have to call the doctor on Monday to switch the prescription over from the hospital to their pharmacy. That is all publix had to explain to my husband and he would have left the prescription with them and picked it up on Monday but instead they were rude and said "we cant fill it". So now I will pull all of our families prescriptions. They total 9 all together.... and I will bring them to the Awesome people at Walmart Pharmacy...

get your deli under control. they are always miserable, understaffed and late on online orders. I'm 20 minutes past my time and the manager is outright avoiding.to acknowledge eye contact with anyone. she's worried about rotisserie boxes for the chicken's that had 27 mins left on the timer. got my sub 26 mins late. label was printed an hour prior to the promised delivery time

This Publix has been goin down hill for the last year and has only gotten worse with the temporary closing of the Publix on US1. I originally thought it was because of the supply chains being the problem but it seems the other surrounding Publix stores as well as WinDixie and Aldi's seem to have plenty of stocked items! I will probably be taking my business elsewhere!

I’m leaving a review because it pains me to see such negative reviews aimed at my Publix. First of all, the pharmacy staff is nicer to me than some members of my own family. They’re the sweetest people and they care about their customers authentically. I’ve been meaning to leave them a review for years but on this end of the pandemic they deserve all of the love now more than ever. Every department is fantastic, it’s exactly what you come to expect. The only other honorable mention in this long winded review is the deli. Not only are the prepared foods I look for always well stocked and fresh, the different stations move smoothly and are friendly while they do it. I’m only even saying this for the sake of how many ridiculous bad reviews they have here. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves but I highly doubt your awful opinions are limited to this deli if you’ve taken the time out of you life to complain on this forum lol This Publix is one of 4 that are reasonably convenient for me to visit, and they’ve been my main choice because of the staff specifically.

Everything except the deli. I always have to wait a long time. Often workers are cleaning the machine or doing online orders and I stand there waiting. They don’t work with a purpose. Love the store, hate going to the deli. I’ve tried on line ahead of time, 50% of the time, that doesn’t work. Order isn’t there or is wrong.
