So happy that I moved my 3 year old daughter to this school! Emily and all the staff are amazing, caring, and attentive. my daughter is thriving, I was able to have her start very quickly. they do crafts and activities daily and it’s amazing to see how much my daughter has grown and devolved in the time she’s been here! I trust all of the staff and feel very comfortable with her here!

Very nice, clean facility with outdoor playground. The staff and owner are great and professional. We receive daily written communication on what our child did for the day which also includes if they ate all or some of their lunch and whether they took a full nap or not. Sheets are sent home weekly to be washed and they follow nutritional guidelines when it comes to what they feed the kids. Not all daycares do this which is disappointing but I’m happy we have found one that does and takes great care of our child who really loves going to school and comes home excited to share what she learned each day.

My son loves it here. They have been very well to us. Accidents happen they are kids they call us or give us an incident report about what happens or even will say it’s recorded you can see it. My son blows them kisses every time he leaves.

Dirty Facility that serves gross stale food with teachers that have a nasty attitude and clearly hate their job. Take your children anywhere else. They don't communicate when there are sick kids in the classrooms and had to close multiple times due to COVID outbreaks. Ms. Stephanie made my child pee their pants because she refused to let her go during nap time.

If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would. My children were not even in this daycare for 3months & my son fell & hit his head and was bleeding & no one even thought to call me. But had no problem calling me the same day the incident happen for diapers and wipes. I came to pick my son up and was handed a incident report to sign that said my son fell off a bike and hit and scraped his head . He now has a permanent mark. Then not even a month later I get a call that my 1 year old tripped over a coat and hit the corner of his eye. They then tell me they put ice on it and let he nap. And when he woke up his eye was a little bruised. I pick my son up and he had a black eye . No remorse on either situation. I took my son out of that place I called to ask why they didn’t give the report to his dad and all she said was you can come pick it up along with all his stuff.

Our son was in the infant room at precious collections for a time. I was very nervous about going back to work and leaving such a young baby there. However, the ladies there are super accommodating, very nice, patient, kind, and they took wonderful care of my baby. It is also kept organized and clean. We feel like they truly cared for him and put my nerves at ease. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just an awful experience. Would not recommend. No structure and the Director is far from average. I rather have poison ivy than go back here.

My grandson had been there since 6 months old. He has balance problems and as he got older and it became worse they decided he was no longer welcomed there, he is just about to turn 5. They did not do a sit down meeting to discuss options with us. They also kept talking us into staying there when we had other facilites we were interested in. So two weeks before vpk starts they say he can not stay there. Would not recommend unless you have a perfect child that does not require any extra help.

My 3 year old daughter has excelled in Mrs. Linda's Class. The teachers, care givers & staff are a refreshingly even amount of tolerant, caring, stern and comforting. She's able to participate in a fun Zumba class every other Wednesday taught by Ms. Jackie, Soccer every Monday morning with Soccer Shots. They host Annual "School Pictures", Pictures with Santa & also the Easter Bunny. Amazing education is also taught here. My daughter can count to 50, write both upper and lower case letters, and is able to recognize all of her colors and shapes. The one and only "Negative" statement I do have is that the Director (Ms. Cindy) is NOT a pleasant woman at all. She lacks the manners that we as parents are attempting to teach to our children. I'm hoping she either snaps out of what appears to be a decade long "Bad Mood" soon or she is simply replaced by someone with a better demeanor.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? When I was a baby, before I even had teeth, they tried feeding me CHICKEN instead of baby food (which my mom provided them with). Thank God my mom came to check on me in the middle of the day. I lasted hardly HALF A DAY THERE. Once parents leave, your kids are at risk. Maybe they've changed, but for ever doing something like this is absolutely disgraceful. If you asked me, I'd say we should've sued them. This is a dangerous environment. Pray your children don't choke on their food like I could have. Sorry excuse for a business. I never give bad reviews. But this place deserves less than even a single star. Do some serious investigation if you plan on sending your child here. I'm shocked that there's no bad reviews, maybe I'm the only child they wanted to have choke on chicken.

My daughter has been attending Precious Collections for two years now, and I couldn't be happier with the staff; from management to teachers to parents of other children.Management is on top of rules (such as reminding parents to not bring in kids that are sick, ensuring kids are dropped off and picked up within allotted times to ensure other kids are not disrupted, ensuring that there is a minimum teacher-to-child ratio, etc.), and they achieve this in a polite and discreet manner. They gladly listen to parent's input, and in my experience, act quickly. (As an example, when I requested to provide Rice milk (a doctor's recommendation) and abstain from serving hot dogs (a personal choice) to my daughter, they quickly agreed without any complications and found suitable alternatives)Teachers are very engaged during the day (I dropped in unannounced a few times during my daughter's first few months and observed first hand) and are very approachable. If there is any unusual sort of behavior during the day (groggy, tired, cranky, defiant, etc), teachers are quick to identify and simply notice me at the end of the day, which I think is very valuable in terms of teacher-parent communication. In addition to regular daily activities (such as sand box, finger painting, etc.), they offer several extracurricular activities during the year for various age groups including zumba dancing, martial arts, water play, among others. The other kids seem to be well behaved for the most part and respectful to the teachers and other parents, which is always nice to see and probably an indication of their general satisfaction. The prices are fair for day care age groups (they offer free VPK, discounts for full week day care, and automatic debit discounts). Their operational hours from 6am to 6pm are definitely a plus for 8-to-5 working parents.Overall, I am very satisfied with both the social and academic aspect of my child's development and my experience with the staff at Precious Collections.

We have been going to Precious Collections for nearly 5 years now...the staff is like family! My son has learned so much and the VPK program is remarkable! He is well prepared to start kindergarten. We will miss you all!
