I've searched several PNC branches closer to me but I will always drive here for personal service. Doug is kind and very helpful. I recommend this branch to everyone. He is 5 star !!!

Worst bank I have ever experienced!! I wish I could give zero stars because PNC honestly doesn't deserve one star based on my experience. I wouldn't advise anybody to ever bank with PNC. I took a small unsecured loan and agreed to a three year repayment plan, but after 6 months of seeing how PNC inaccurately reported lower than true monthly payment amounts to the credit bureaus, I paid their loan off in full rather than continue doing business with such unethical, fake and crooked folks. I will never ever do any business whatsoever with PNC Bank from this day forward. My advice to anyone reading this is please find a better bank to trust with your money, time, credit rating and score. Now, I admit I am religious about my excellent credit scores and ratings. Payment due dates matter and so does timely and accurate monthly credit reporting by the bank to the bureaus. Based on the way I was treated by PNC Bank employees, I wholeheartedly believe PNC Bank deliberately tried to harm me even though they were always paid early and more than what was due. Paying PNC off years early denies them the opportunity to continue underreporting my payment amounts. It's a great feeling and a mistake of trust I will never forget or repeat.

No teller, no cash available except ATM. With no pnc banks anywhere close I'm wondering why anyone would bank here.

Pointless for this "bank" to be there!! No drive thru, no inside tellers, only atms! The website makes it appear as if its a fully functioning bank!

I fully understand why this bank has such poor reviews. Recently I went to this branch and we had a horrible experience. I complained to the manager and he was very nice. But all the apologies aren't going to make up for the treatment of one poor employee. My elderly aunt closed out her account. To add insult to injury when we left after this fiasco not one employee would hold the door open for us. I struggled to get out with her in a wheelchair.

Staff was polite. Management has a very thin veneer of customer service covering a core of disdain and disrespect. I do not recommend doing business at this bank.

I just can't say how pleased I am with PNC on Barnes. Even when I had issues overseas, they were there to help and fixed everything I needed to put my mind at ease. They are quick to question any transaction that doesn't look right and follow up with a phone call. They are one of the few banks that really have excellent customer service.

Anybody’s experience over all is usually judged by the treatment that they receive initially. And then on subsequent visits their they could be some prejudice. But my experience with the entire Rockledge staff has been great every time! From the cashiers to the bankers. Todd has been especially helpful for my wife and myself on several occasions. And Oh, BTW, the alert system when PNC notices what might be some fraudulent activity, they will call me. And in any case of a loss, they have made up for my losses! That’s fantastic! The cashiers give my dog a bisque every time I bring her! I have recommended PNC to others.
