Great store and wonderful selection of well made outdoor furniture. I can’t say enough about the wonderful sales people, and Arnold Mann. It is refreshing to find a business today that takes pride in their product, and want their customers to be happy with their purchase. The Rockledge store is the best.

We bought our outdoor furniture about 5 years ago and we love it. We had a problem with the rocker and we called the store closest to us. They told us to come on in and they would fix it. The mechanic looked at our chair and said he could fix and to give him a couple of hours. The best part is it's free. They stand behind their product!

Took 2 patio chairs to be repaired to the Rockledge/Viera location. They said the repair would cost about $40, which was odd, since they have a lifetime guarantee, but we accepted it. The next day we got a call asking if we had purchased the set at their location. We said we got them in Melbourne, not in Viera. So the Viera people said it would be too difficult for them to repair the chairs, and that they wouldn't touch them, and we have to go back to the store and pick them up. Yesterday we had family in town that could help us transport the chairs to Viera, but today we have to try to manage by ourselves. Terrible customer service, and I would never recommend Palm Casual to anyone again.

You can tell the quality of the furniture just by sitting in one of the chairs in the show room. The best evidence is I just had a couple of plates replaced on my rockers. No charge! They back up what the sell. Hard to find now days. Check them out folks!

I can't say enough great things about the service and care I received at Palm Casual. This company has been around for decades and their furniture lasts even longer. Stopped in to get a chair re-slinged and to purchase new cushions. The ladies in the office were especially helpful and even loaded my furniture, when complete, back into my car. The gentleman who did the resling had it finished in less than 30 minutes. Thank you. I'm sorry I didn't get anyone's names, but thank you.

We would have more to share, only received one piece of furniture 4 months later, it was as expected , but now 7 months later still no more of the same suit of furniture, of course they keep us at bay stating always waiting on the fabric, no end to this nightmare, the end tables do not require fabric, but apparently they fall in the same category, go figure, my indoor furniture to a long time so we were thinking this outdoor original order was in July 2020 would be around the same time, nope, starting to think we just need a refund and will go else where.

SC Grand Strand, Lowcountry and Central Florida/Space Coast beware. Ordered a Abacco Deep Seat Patio Set and was supposed to be delivered at the latest by mid July. We called our local store 4 times at different intervals for a status. I even reached out to the Orlando manufacturing location and got no response. No updates, no status, no return calls by either. My husband and I finally had to walk into the store to inquire. They had no answer and said even the employees were not getting a response from Orlando manufacturing. We asked to cancel the order and refund our deposit. The store did so. There were at least 3 or 4 other couples in the store for the same reason. I understand there may be delays in this day and time; however, there is no excuse for no response and zero customer service.

Went to Palm Casual in Rockledge, Florida today. Anyone needing outdoor furniture should buy it here. Arnold and Vanessa are so knowledgeable and friendly. It was such a pleasant experience. Service was above and beyond! Thank you both so much.
