It was such a pleasure to work with them when we were purchasing our home. They were wonderful with assisting me and Steve with the entire financial process during such a stressful time (thank you, Mary & Jasmine!).They completely understood our goals in purchasing a home, evaluated our creditworthiness, and approved us to obtain a home loan. Both Mary and Jasmine openly communicated with Steve and myself which allowed for a seamless loan application process.It was such a positive experience for both Steve and myself, and with their outstanding professionalism I'm certain that they would be a great service to other relocating clients in the Melbourne, Florida area.To this day, they continue to check in on us and provide us with valuable advice/reminders which are greatly appreciated.

Im a disabled Veteran and recently Married, I begin to start the process of buying a home in October 2023 with a lender named “New Era LLC,” I was very disappointed in their lack of commitment. My wife and I was very upset since this was our dream house that was slipping away from us, we thought all hope was lost for us to purchase this home. My wife said why don’t we call Morgan Financial and see what they have to say. Later that night we reached out to them and they got back to me the next morning. Mary Cables, Jasmine Longo and Robert Valdes from Morgan Financial did more in 24 hours than “ NEW ERA LLC” did in 45 days. With in 72 hours Morgan Financial was able to close on our dream home. Therefore I'm thrilled to commend Morgan Financial and their team for their outstanding work in closing my house. Their team demonstrated impeccable professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional communication throughout the entire process. Mary Cables was amazing. we started our journey of moving from Las Vegas to Indialantic in May. Mary kept communication through the whole process checking on us with my job search and the sale of our home in Las Vegas and through the purchase of our new home. Seriously 6/5 stars, she went far above the call of her job scope and made the move not only enjoyable but also explained everything that would be different in moving to a new state.

Our realtor Kellie Bowling recommended Morgan Financial and we are so lucky that she did! Everyone there was a dream to work with. This was our first home buying experience and everyone at Morgan Financial was incredibly patient and walked us through every step. Their communication was frequent and clear. Shannon is amazing. She spent so much time answering questions and explaining everything, and she is so warm and friendly that it was actually fun to talk interest rates! Nate was so easy going and calm that it made the process feel much less stressful and he always kept us informed and up to date. Robert had incredible attention to detail and was so pleasant and personable that the underwriting process felt much less tedious and intimidating! On top of all of the amazing people that work there, it was clear that Morgan Financial has a great reputation and is highly respected. The closing agent even commented on how much she loves them as we were signing all the papers. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Our experience with Morgan Financial was excellent! This was our second time purchasing a home, with our first loan provider being Navy Federal. The customer service was night and day between the two, with Morgan Financial providing superior service. Mary and Jasmine were fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage loan team, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home in Florida. We will also use them when we refinance our home when rates go down. Thank you Mary and Jasmine for making our home-buying experience so great!

My experience was amazing! Shannon and Luke were so very helpful with providing information and resources. They helped me every step along the way. They got tasks done in a timely manner and we're always very professional and respectful. I wouldn't want anyone else helping me now that I've had this experience with them.
