We had the worst experience here. We should have known that if our normal salon was booked up today and this place was empty, we should have never stepped foot in. They are completely clueless on how to do manicures and don't care about detail on pedicures. One lady was on her iPad watching dumb videos like a teenager. Save your money and don't go here.

Possibly one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. I could have done a better job myself. Nails are uneven as is the polish application. Edges need cleaning up, which I asked for, but she didn't really fix them. Place looks worn. Won't go back.

I got my nails done today and I’m so disappointed I spent $50 on these. They are all different shapes, lengths, and thickness. Glue all over my hands. Poor customer service. I have to go tomorrow to a different salon to try and get them fixed because I’m embarrassed to walk around with them. It looks like I did them at home for the first time. I also asked for an “S” on my nails and that request couldn’t even be completed.

They cut my finger to were there was blood running down and she wiped it. She got glue everywhere on my hand. They also flooded my nail with the nail polish. The people are nice but careless about their customers.

I should have known something was off, when nothing was added to the tub water from the start. You know the salts that are normally put in? The salts that make the water blue? Literally nothing was added, just warm water. I'm aware most places charge for upgraded pedicures, which mind you, were never discussed (if any). The guy that did my pedicure (without gloves), was in the first chair. He barely said two words the whole time. He rushed my pedicure, he barely scrubbed my feet, & hardly massaged them. (He just rubbed some unknown substance on the calves of my legs) It wasn't lotion, & did not moisturize at all. I left with the same dry, crusty feet that I walked in with! I'm almost certain their instruments aren't sterile, as they were sitting in a storage bin that was there when I sat down. Oh, & he kept knicking my cuticles on my toes. I bled twice, once on each big toe. This is possibly the worst nail salon I've ever been to. My polish looks atrocious, my 10 year old cousin could have painted them better. Peep the blood on my cuticle on the left big toe, & the missing polish on the side of the 3rd toe. Highly disappointed. & highly DON'T recommend.

I took my granddaughter and her friend there as part of a birthday gift. As children, the girls weren't aware of the poor customer service but I was. At least the birthday girl received the customary brief lotion filled hand massage following the nail polish. The friend was not given the same treatment.It's one thing for the workers to not verbally interact with the customers, it's a whole other level of rudeness to carry on a conversation in their native tongue with each other throughout the visit.Three stars because the nails were painted nicely and they spoke English well enough to tell me how much I owed.

This is a good and very simple nail place. I have come here often and only once has an issue and it was immediately taken care if before I left. You will not be wined and dined...this not a day spa type of place... but your nails will look great and last. You will not pay the price of a day spa either.

I have never had any issues here. I get my cuticles trimmed. They sterilize tools. My nails are done right. They are evenly manicured and the paint lasts a long time. The longest I have had to wait for service was five minutes which is a big plus seeing I am always on the go. The staff is friendly to me but then I am from Hawaii and understand them a little. I grew up around Vietnamese people. I find them fun and inviting but then I am fun and inviting. If you want a kiss-your-rear spa experience go and pay for a kiss-your-rear spa. These people are immigrants who work hard just like everyone else's family did at one time. The place needs some better ambiance but that is the only "flaw". I also love the Buddha in the front but then I am a wannabe Buddhist.
