Good place to get home improvement stuff. Need to keep more things stocked and not run out and leave empty

Edit
This pictures of the 2x4s are listed as the top choice wood. Full of junk that should be discounted somewhere else. I need cleanly cut boards that will be seen. Not ends and edges. Granted wood is natural and can have defects this is just junk wood. If this is top choice can you imagine what the regular wood is? Thankfully Home Depot is opening up in Vierra. Plus I walked through this store and all the shelves are disorganized. Yes customers are to blame but the workers need to straighten it out. Product is a mess. I have shopped Lowe's since 2006 and this one is poorly managed. I am a landlord for multiple rental units and my wallet is closed to this store. The manger should be replaced. Not the quality experience I am used to. Going to Lowe's used to be fun. Now it's like a mess of a store. Just walk in and see. Lazy mess.
Old ....
The last few times I've been there to buy wood to build a pergola what I need to buy is water logged. When I went to look in there storage yard the wood just sits out in the elements. I bought some anyway put some weights on it and tried to let it dry out. As soon as I painted it it curled up and some of it is unusable for beams for my pergola. I don't understand why the wood is not kept out of the water. Yes it's natural and it can get wet but it's ridiculous that they don't try to cover it. I've spent thousands of dollars and I have a lot of waste from wood that curls up after I paint it. I'm going to home Depot now for my wood because it appears that there wood is a lot drier. Buyer beware. If it's wet move on.

Poor customer service now. Was once amazing but no more. Always out of what you need. Machines always broken down... Manager is rude (female) as I do not remember her name. Prices here have ballooned a lot... Home Depot in M.I. is far better. Sorry Rockledge...

The people behind the return counter are so rude. Horrible customer service. This has happened multiple times and today (6/11/24 at 0900) was the last straw. I’m never going back here. The stores inventory is not good either. Thank goodness a better competitor is opening up very soon and closer to Viera.

After going to Lowe's I won't be going back to Home Depot.. The people are friendlier and are always willing to answer your questions and show you where things are.

I do a lot of my own home improvement projects. That means I buy hardware, I just went in today to buy screws, specifically bronze colored for the project I'm currently working on. I had a hunch they wouldn't be stocked. Every time I go to this Lowe's to buy a specific type of screw/nut they almost never have it stocked.
I arrived and of course they didn't have it stocked. There was a spot in the drawer for it, but a bunch of random screws were thrown into the spot where what I was looking for should have been. This Lowe's is the worst. The person working the hardware section stated a contracted company is supposed to keep this stuff stocked and organized but they don't. He even said they should be fired.
I'm tired of making the trip to this place and they don't have what I need simply because the item isn't stocked. It was a huge problem during COVID but they have no excuse any longer, especially since they charge 2x-3x as much as Amazon for the same hardware. Sometimes I can't wait the day or two for Amazon delivery so I'm willing to pay the price gouging rates Lowe's or Home Depot charge. But of course it's 50/50 whether this place will actually have what you're looking for stocked.
I finally had enough and decided to leave this review. A new home Depot is opening nearby down the street. I can't wait to have a second nearby option that hopefully actually keeps inventory stocked.
