In the last year, I have trained 2 - 3 times weekly with Derick Zak, who is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have worked with. I have a few physical challenges (shoulder, heel, back) and Coach Zak always has an effective modification and/or accommodation of a typical exercise that would otherwise be ineffective, or possibly harmful, for me to do. Coach Zak is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and studied Exercise Science in graduate school at FAU. Coach Zak is people-oriented and knows how to motivate clients to achieve the best from their workouts!”

“Mostly clean facility. Zack is awesome. He’s always helpful with a smile. The equipment is all in working order and most people clean up after themselves. Some of the employees take their job very seriously and make enjoying the black card privileges difficult. But for the majority of the staff no complaints at all.”
