Excellent customer service In every dept! I love Sushi Wednesdays and the Deli is Awesome! Whoever does the set ups and designs in the store Top Notch you are!”
“Honestly, this is my favorite Thrifty in Brevard. Everything I have bought is of good quality and the employees are very friendly. They already know me for being the one who buys nuts for my squirrels ?”
“I travel for work and visit any Publix that I come across for my lunch breaks almost everyday to grab a salad if there’s a salad bar or an avocado vegetable wrap if they have that. Sometimes, the sushi bar disappoints, but today I grabbed my wrap from this location and it has to be the loveliest one that I have ever purchased from any location. It was wrapped with expert style, long even and neat which makes it much easier to eat as the vermicelli sometimes splits when it’s wrapped unevenly. I would really like to thank, Khai at the sushi bar because I am just so delighted with the quality of his service!”
“5 stars isn’t enough for Alex in the meat department- really. He was kind, patient, and helped me find the perfect cut for my big dinner this weekend. If everyone was as kind as him, we would be better off. Put him into management! : )”
“Very nice Winn Dixie (because Viera), better prices than Publix and good selection of products - especially meat and seafood.Publix still wins in the Bakery department though, WD bakery breads are horrible - go back to baking school! Live that they have self check-out too.”
“So the lady at the counter is super sweet, and I smelled the garlic so whatever they are getting ready will most likely be absolutely delicious. definitely going back. I don't think the employees here realize what the federal and state laws are regarding service animals. I don't know if I will be going back, as 3 times I brought my service animal in with out problems, and yesterday she said I had to tie him up outside. The next time, I will try to explain Florida statutes. Update: I am willing to work with their fears, and wish to not scare any business away. If you see me waiting with my dog, we will wait for the store to be empty. Great place, please support this business!”

I’m sure being in a pharmacy, where you’re likely short staffed, and always slammed isn’t easy. That being said, choosing a job where you are directly involved with people who are likely seeing you due to illness or injury, you should probably have the ability to handle moments like that. This is already longer than I intended to write, but I’m still that worked up about it. Some brief background, chest pain that sprung up, did the typical thing of avoiding it until it didn’t get better after over a week. Primary just quit on me so I wound up at an ER because I work evenings and have no sick time. I was in the ER from 11:30 pm - around 6:00 am. Had to be up at 11, dropped off my meds praying to feeling better and start LITERALLY breathing easy.I was told it’d be an hour. The text notifications only work half the time, so I logged in and see only one prescription is filled after three hours. I call the pharmacy who sends me to the hospital because it’s missing a milligram dosage on the script. I call the hospital who sends me back to the pharmacy. This is when I had the joy of speaking with a pharmacy tech I’ll avoid from mentioning by name. She quickly began yelling at me that I was yelling at her. When in reality all I’d done was give her a quick run down of what had happened and asked somewhat desperately if anybody could help me. Did I sound frustrated? I’m sure. I’m sick. It literally hurt to take every breath and I’m being tossed like a hot potato from hospital to pharmacy. Does this woman decide to be a decent human and remember that she has no idea what somebody’s day has been like and maybe understand that while I’m not lavishing her with compliments I’m not yelling at her? No, she instead continues to yell telling me repeatedly she already told me she’d handle it. After telling her that at no point had any voices been raised and I just wanted her help I asked for a manager. And immediately broke down in tears. Liz answered and within FIVE minutes spoke to the hospital and filled my prescription. Why the insanely long review? Because, it’s true no matter what, but it is ESPECIALLY true in any healthcare setting. You do not know what a day in somebody’s life looks like. I hope that the pharmacy tech was having just that, a bad day. But, it seems like from recent reviews that may not be the case.If you read this, and it’s not by some off chance just the big wigs, I beg you to reconsider how you talk to those you encounter at your job and hopefully those in your personal life as well.”
“This Aldi location has nice wide aisles, everything is well stocked and clean, self checkout is available is an option if you don't want to wait for the cashier. I was able to pick up all of my favorites! :)”
