Today was my 2nd time at this discount tire and i will definitely be back! as a woman it can be scary going into automotive shops where you know slimy people can take advantage of you but I always feel comfortable here! Matthew pumped air in my tires for me and told me as well as showed me how they were on the wire. I came back 30 min late after an easy trip to their website to purchase tires and an hour later I was good to go! I will always appreciate good customer service and these guys have it down! Thank you tons :))

We went to get new tires installed as they are affiliated with the online Tire Rack tire and wheel company I have used for years (same ownership). With my appointment, I was in and out in less than an hour. John was great, and the work was done well.

This is the first time I’ve had an issue with discount tire and I’ve been here multiple times but this was just pure negligence. I had a tire rotation appointment and I put explicitly in the notes prior to the appointment to not put air in the tires well they always do so I went out to tell the technician that pulled my vehicle in for service and he pretended to ignore me. Good thing I watched them from the service window because another technician did and I had to tell him no. To conclude my visit my tire pressure sensor light was on I assumed it was a light malfunction To my surprise the technician left one of my tires at 27 psi where the standard is 35. Thanks a lot pal. Very dangerous.

Came to get new sensors as I had 3 out. They found a screw in one tire and said it had to be replaced. They didn't have my tires, so I got a temp fix, but they didn't sensor that tire. None of my sensors replaced actually work... since all 4 have to be functioning to reset? So, why did they even replace them if they can't validate the work?? 2nd time I've had a problem here. I'm done. Beware!! Two stars for the temp fix, negative 3 for work that I can't even validate was done.

I ordered rims and tires from discount tires rockledge. Great team and Matthew is one of the managers that help but the wheel wells upfront the caps wouldn’t fit. He went out of his way and bought Extender caps out of his pocket and fix the problem. Again great team and would recommend them over and over

Discount Tire nails it like usual, ordered my tires online, set an appointment, in and out in under 45 minutes. No drama, no hassle, no upcharge. Every Discount Tire location I've been to has been great, even in the pandemic they've continued to offer the same fast and professional service that I've come to expect.
I'm looking forward to this location getting an alignment rack soon. I've always asked myself why Discount doesn't do alignments and now they're rolling them out to select locations (Palm Bay has one).

I have always received great service at Discount Tire, but today, they seemed to step it up if that's even possible! I called to check the status of the tires and to make an appointment, Irin (hope I'm spelling that correctly) was so helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. He made a point to acknowledge me at the store before I left to show me the difference with the tire he suggested and my previous tires, which I appreciate, his suggestion was great there is minimum road noise and they ride very smooth. Also, Jumaine, who checked me in, was very professional and ensured my request of wanting to see my wheel and tire, I was having an issue with, before they changed it was granted. Thank you all.

Ordered tires online and they were ready the next day. When I went to have them installed it was done in less than an hour. Super helpful staff and all around great first experience. I’ll definitely continue to use them!

We encountered a flat tire on I-95 right before the exit of Discount Tires. Upon entering the organization, we quickly realized that there were two representatives available, yet they failed to acknowledge us. However, Jermaine DM, an employee from behind the retail store, swiftly approached us and inquired about how he could be of assistance.
Jumaine DM demonstrated exceptional customer service skills throughout his interaction with us. He was polite, attentive, and highly educated. We initially only came to purchase one tire, but Jermaine's expertise in the field of tires was evident as he educated us on the reasons why we needed it for new tires.
