I’ve been a Chase customer for over 30 years. I just moved to the area and I needed to update my account. I was helped by a nice gentleman but my cards never got mailed. I went back on a Saturday about 1 hour and 40 minutes before the closed. Only 1 account service manager was working. He had a huge group in his cubicle setting up multiple accounts. There was another person waiting who had an appointment but was told to come back later. The branch manager was working as a teller and assisted us with the card issue and confirmed they hadn’t been mailed. We needed to make one small additional change to our accounts but she said she couldn’t help us. She said we could wait for the account service manager but it was unlikely that we would get seen that day. We waited about 45 minutes and then gave up. I will never go back into this branch ever again. I will drive out of my way to go to another branch.

No one ever answers the phone. I’ve called three different days with same results. Can’t leave a voice message. Very poor customer service. Going to move my money to a bank with better customer service.

Surprise surprise, another CHASE bank that's completely inconvenient. Far away from me, not open, and ATM out of order. WORTHLESS BANK.

One of the few bad branches I've ever been into. Called ahead multiple times only to get forwarded to an automated message saying everyone is busy.In walking in, noticed 3 employees doing nothing and one taking care of a guest.Rude employees to the point I called corporate to complain.Please go to another Chase, it's a shame this one drags the company down.

Some Chase banks have just an ATM kiosk and a few employees. This branch is a full service bank with a counter and customer service bankers in cubicles. When we needed a mortgage for a home purchase a couple years ago, no banks would help us, not even our bank we had for years! But the mortgage specialist at Chase went out of her way to make sure we made it to closing and helped me all along the way. Today we opened a new account for our teen daughter and Tyler was very helpful and patient with us to explain everything. And the App is great- you can do practically everything without leaving home!

Just came into this branch. I was completely ignored, not even a hello. I looked for somewhere to sign in as I wanted to open a checking & savings, changing from my credit Union. I sat down for a bit waiting for some acknowledgment as I knew they were busy. After about 10-12 min, I went up to the teller area to ask if I needed an appointment to open an account. The gentleman was nice, said it wasn’t required but strongly recommended. He stated he could see if someone was available. I simply declined and felt if no one could acknowledge me when I walked in, then I wasn’t a priority to them.

Friendly employees at this branch in Viera, Ann is super friendly and helpful. Made me almost forget that I was at a BIG BANK branch!The location of this bank branch is super convenient as well since it is in the same plaza as Starbucks, Publix, El Leoncito, McDonald’s and many other stores. Also, it is not even a minute from I-95.I drove to this branch rather than the one nearest to me due to how much better this one is and due to the fact that the other one tends to be closed on Saturdays.

I was a Chase customer for about 6 years. However, I left their bank after experiencing their horrendous in-house customer service on a number of occasions. Today was the first time I've ever been told by any bank EVER that they could not make change for smaller bills without still being a customer. This review has been a long time coming, but the fact that this teller was rude as hell about it pushed me over the edge. They can't manage their line worth a damn, and only one of them seemed to know what she was doing. I've considered switching back to Chase since moving to Florida as they are everywhere, however today validated all of my reasons for staying with Wells Fargo. Chase, make your team take lessons in customer service and not being rude when you can't accommodate a potential client,

I am a long time customer of Chase Bank.I have been with them since they merged with Washington Mutual and I carried my account over to Chase. I was having lunch at a Mexican restaurant and the same shopping plaza and figured that I could take care of some banking while I am here. The bank is very inviting looking. The customer service is excellent l, as I have always had in every Chase location. For a point of reference, this particular branch is located in the shopping center with the Publix and it is next door to the McDonald's. I would definitely recommend a visit here. If you are not a member of Chase Bank, I would also strongly recommend becoming one.

I opened a business checking & a personal checking to get bonus interest at this Viera location. I worked with Krystina Miller who was extremely professional, helpful & thorough. She's even called me as a follow up for any questions or concerns. No other bank or credit union has given me such quality service. I initiated my transactions for the bonus only but based on the level of service & vast locations, I've decided to continue with Chase as my main bank.

The banker was more focused on getting people out of the branch then dealing with a potentially new client! If Im not mistaken the woman who was not to helpfuls name was Denise and again she was ready to go home and wanted to get out of there.... there computers supposedly crashed at 5:50. The young blond teller was very very friendly
