Customer Service is non existent there but if you want to see a manager belittling people including her employees go there and see Sheryl So sad and grouchy there especially to verbally assault her employee in front of customers

I tried to do the walk in flu shot for my daughter and as were waiting in line we did the medical survey to get the shot. 20 min later when we get to the window we were basically turned away by the pharmacist advising it would be a process to create an account for my daughter and that she (the pharmacist) was busy and didn't know when it would be complete. I understand sometimes it gets busy however, as a customer it was a bit frustrating to see "flu shot walk in" to be met with self induced obstacles. So we went next door to the walk in clinic and just like that...in and out In 5 min! I hope this feedback will help CVS get their processes in order.

I suggest u guys get some new techs at pharmaceutical the lady was trying to show me a piece of paper and I can't see well so I tried taking it from her hand and she began to get hostile with me idk what it is but if u want to be a b**** like that and not let me hold my own paper work tell that lady she's got to go that is obsurd.
