Hello and I appreciate everybody who will listen to this a bystander. It was an incident and it was 100% rectified by the owner. I appreciate all his kind words and understanding. So therefore even though I've had no true business through these people I respect the gentleman that owns the company. He is a very straightforward and understanding level-headed person. I appreciate his time effort and dedication to getting everything straightened out. At first I was kind of curious how this would end up being but now at the end of the day the man fixed it I hope the man carries out with his words and adjust his employees accordingly. No one's perfect everyone makes mistakes everyone makes mistakes and it's okay it does not matter to me and it's gone it's in the past I think you sir you are wonderful and if anybody's going to get their taxes done I would recommend going to them because at the end of the day the owner get it straightened out. I think you guys very much at least the owner of the business out of Orlando and we were able to rectify it over the phone all situation that had nothing to do with him but he was able to make me happy enough to let it go everybody have a wonderful day and good luck with your taxes

Advanced Tax act has been doing my taxes for the past two years. I had issues that were beyond my abilities (death of a spouse, medical, real estate, moving, etc) and Advanced Tax Center weeded through my mountain of paperwork which took a lot of stress off of me. Will definitely keep going back.
