At 7:30ish PM today my friend and I walked into the 7-eleven with backpacks. We were only trying to BUY something to eat. We work paying jobs. The clerk told us to leave our backpack on the floor since he doesn't want us STEALING. Excuse me? My friend and I just wanted to BUY FOOD. I asked for the white skinned, brown haired guys name and the guy that wears the bandanna with the heart tattoo didn't want to give it to me! He refused to give me his name. Highly unprofessional. The guy with the heart tattoo on his face said "It's not profiling, we don't include race into it." Then what was the reason for saying we were going to steal? Ludicrous. I'm never buying from this 7-eleven. Go to Circle-K instead that's less than a mile away!

If you cant refund items without a manager shouldnt a manager be present during the day shift? I left with the wrong product noticed it was wrong i went back to the 711 and they said to come back in the morning for a manager i was literally there 10 mintes ago ?

I have been stopping by the 7-Eleven for years when I am on my way to I 95 to get gas and coffee with some snacks. Always easy access plenty of room friendly people and quick in and out just what I expect from 7-Eleven.

Visited the store at night recently (early morning of 28 October). Staff was professional and courteous. Young man at the counter seems like management material.

Ate one of their chicken wings today for lunch and they were undercooked. DIDN'T realize it until it was too late. Only thing I ate all day and not my stomach is in knots nowTheir taco wraps and hotdogs looked like jerkey. Now I'm at home hugging the toilet. NEVER EAT HOT FOOD FROM THIS 711. I don't understand why I even gave it a try.. last time same issue and only with chicken wings..

I was just there for the first time as I was visiting a friend. The gentleman working right now was the best cashier I have had in a long time and I am 62. He was so friendly and personable. If I lived here, that is the only convenience I would patronize every chance I had. Will always go there when I come back...

The general manager Shalanda is probably the rudest person I’ve ever seen working at a convenience store. Yelling out at the line telling people to move forward in a rude manner. Ask one guy in front of me if he wanted the napkins or just going to use his shirt. He wasn’t amused. Does she own the place? Sure acts like it. I’d drive out of my way to avoid this store!!!

Bought a protein energy shot from here. Drank half of it and felt sick like half hour after. So i checked the label and it has a experation date from 2018 so it was almost two years old. I called and a lady answered the phone and i told her what happene. She acted like it was no big deal. Didnt even offer to refund the item.
