I moved here almost a year ago and I have had nothing but great experiences! Did have an issue with the parking (I'm a disabled veteran), but it was resolved within 24 hours! Also, the staff has always had an upbeat attitude every time I've walked into the office. I am about to HAPPILY renew my lease! Love it here!

WOODBINE APARTMENTS IS THE WORST TO RENT FROM THEY REPORTED ME TO THE CREDIT BUREAU FOR OWING RENT AND TOOK ALL MY SECURITY DEPOSIT ON TOP OF THAT.
IN A DOCUMENT THEY SENT ME IT SHOWS THAT NOTICE GIVEN ON 4/21/2023 THAT I WAS MOVING OUT AND LEASE END DATE IS 7/13/23 AND THE DAY WE MOVED OUT WAS 7/13/23, BUT YOU GUYS ARE MAKING ME PAY RENT FOR $610.85 PLUS YOU KEPT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT AND MAKING ME PAY FOR UTILITIES IN JULY AND AUGUST KNOWING I WASN'T LIVING THERE. PLUS I DIDN'T STEAL ANY DOOR THE MANGER DID MY WALK THROUGH AND NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT A STOLEN DOOR UNTIL LATER ON. WHICH IT WAS PROBABLY THE GRIMMY MAINTENANCE GUYS WHO PROBABLY STOLE OUR DOOR FROM OUR APARTMENT AND PUT IT IN ANOTHER UNIT THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME. WE HAVE A FULL VIDEO OF THE WALK THROUGH AND WE LEFT APARTMENT CLEANER THAN WE GOT IT WITH ALL THE ROACH FEECES. WOODBINE APARTMENTS ARE THE WORST TO RENT FOR. INEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO BE GOING THROUGH ALL THIS AFTER A YEAR OF MOVING OUT YOU GUYS ARE DIRTY SCAMMERS AND LIAR FOR THIS.

This place never take care of issues… office employees don’t have a clue about anything… the company that takes care of your cockroaches… spray for one minute and leave like you they did you a favor! Paint Color that I wanted to redue my walls with didn’t even match up!

I moved here because I thought it was a lovely quiet community. This has been one of my worst living experiences. The people who live above are loud and inconsiderate and I never get a good night of sleep. The community doesn't care.

First I want to say I had a very bad experience with Woodbine apt, I lived in Woodbine for 7 years the way these people treat colored people is very shameful…the price there makes a colored person pays is different from Hispanics. Jennifer Ortiz is a horrible person and a liar, ever since she got to Woodbine she's created a problem for single mothers and families with kids, take your money elsewhere. People who lived there for 5 years or more pay more money for rent than a person who just moved in.

This is really gross! Is Woodbine advertising for rodents to live here? These conditions are appalling and we will definitely be moving out along with everyone else! Trash maintenance is supposedly part of rent. Think twice before moving here…

Lived here for about a year. Great neighborhood, office personnel are friendly and always helpful. Nice pool, and maintenance is always on time and helpful.

Update: almost five months in and no complaints over quality or service! Wish rent wasn’t so damn high but that’s not just a Woodbine thing - that’s a landlord thing.Original review: So far, so good! This is my first experience with prompt maintenance from a FLoRiDa landlord.I will say that I’m not thrilled about how strict they are with the trash valet policy. The 3rd party vendor shows up outside of the 2-hour window and I’ve received one angry letter about having my trash outside my door not during the 2-hour window… but I see when then vendor shows up and I’d rather have it waiting for them than miss the pickup, but after speaking with the landlord, they said they are addressing it.Other than that, yeah, it’s expensive, but it’s worth the quality compared to other companies out there. Highly recommended so far, and I will update this review if anything changes. Oh and Mia and Jazmin in the leasing office are very professional, prompt, and polite!

The complex itself is beautiful and the tour was very easy to schedule, as well as an easy to navigate website. The only problems we had were technical issues made worse by being unable to contact management on a regular basis. Management office if you are reading this, please do better at answering phones, voicemails, and emails!!!

After 10 months of barking dogs and loud music, nothing has changed. Management could have at least sent security over to verify the loud noises as the dogs bark for hours while the owner is away. Not even a stop after all the complaints. How can they not even verify after 10 months? This shows how landlords just do not care because they have plenty of people to move in if you do not like it.

The management and Marvin are amazing!!! They are quick to solve problems and very responsive. Super excited to move in!
