“Great place for families. You can catch the Peant Iskand Shuttle Boat, rent snorkel gear, jet skis, kayaks, or boats. There in one decent restaurant & bar called Rafikis Tiki. Don't park in Marina Parking. Watch the signs and avoid being towed. They have concerts, events, and a Sunday flea market at the Marina Village.”
“2 years ago on 2019, we got our open water class and diving experience with The Scuba club. They go us certified, and had an amazing experience w/ our instructors, classmates in the boat and under water.Also,Last Thanksgiving week 2021, we came back, to take the shuttle to peanut Island,It's $16 per person, baby was free. They allow all bags, equipment, dogs and food. Except alcohol.The island was beautiful, cleaned, safe, water was turquoise color!! So clear!! We went snorkeling, the coral was pretty much dead, THAT was devastating.. But, thats a completely different subject.Also, the marina has a huge parking lot for free.And, this is where people board the cruise in west palm beach to the Bahamas.”
“5 Stars: From Evacuation to 5-Star Vacation!
We evacuated from Sarasota, FL during Hurricane Milton and had an incredible stay at Marriott Oceana Palms. From start to finish, everything was 5-star!
After 4 hours of driving, we
were greeted by Nataly and Andrew with warm smiles and laughter !
They checked us in and off we went. The parking garage is attached to the hotel elevators! HOW EASY! The rooms are bigger than our first house! Full kitchen 2BR 2BA!
The gym was top-notch, the pools were pristine, and the beach was absolutely stunning. The dining options were delicious, and there were so many activities to keep the kids entertained. We’ve even took the opportunity to barbecue some hamburgers on the grills. They provided us with great metal ! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it was wonderful to spend time with many of our neighbors who also evacuated. What started as an unexpected trip turned into a memorable and luxurious experience. We plan to make it an annual memory! Highly recommend!
