Poor Service, There should be a penalty towards companies that fail to provide service , such as towing I. Their description of service. Insurance co , made a ticket to use their service that Winston offered and for over 3 hrs no service was rendered, No communication, phone or text message. Fails to respond to text messages or phone calls .

Watch out for these scammers that will take ur money and have u waiting forever for a part with lil to no updates. Ask for a refund and all the sudden they will have part ready to ship . Ended up getting a refund these con artists will have to try someone else to scam.

Dropshipping. 5 days after placing my online order with no tracking #. I called and the parts were not physically in stock at the store(no notation of shipping from manufacturer). I would've ordered from the manufacturer for a cheaper price. I would check the stock location before ordering parts. I won't be a returning customer.
