I have had koi ponds for over 40 years. In January 2021 I had Alex and Tranquil rebuild my existing koi pond and waterfall as my existing pond was over 20 years old. He did a fantastic job and created a wonderful pond at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Tranquil and Alex.

On Friday, December 21 - just before the long holiday weekend and with company headed my way - the pump in my water garden decided to stop working. I contacted Tranquil WaterScapes, fully expecting to be told that they wouldn't be able send someone out until the following week after Christmas. Boy, was I wrong! I spoke to George in the office and he was able to get techs Connor and Jessica over to my house within a couple of hours. They quickly realized the problem (snails clogging the pump), made the repairs, and my waterfall was flowing strongly again. They were professional, well mannered, and knowledgeable. All in all, it was a great experience. Nice to know Tranquil WaterScapes is there for me when I need them!

Tranquil Waterscapes was paid $ 4,532 to refinish my pool fountain. Tranquil never returned to complete the job. Problems: Fountain surface started cracking less than 60 days after instillation. Color did not match the surface sample color. The water spillway is incorrect. I requested a refund and got nothing. Now I must hire another source to correct Tranquil Waterscapes’s poor workmanship.

Great customer service at my first visit to the store from John. He was very informative and showed me around shared his knowledge since I'm a new pond owner planning another water feature for the backyard. John set me up with a few things to get me started on the existing pond in the front yard that is ready for water, plants and fish after a big overhaul. I'm looking forward to getting all the things I need to build my next project in the backyard from this place. It's very convenient to have a place like this locally.

So happy with my new waterfall and koi pond. The installers did an incredible job. I have my own oasis now. They went from design to production and it was exactly what we imagined. I also use them for service and upkeep. The guys are nice, knowledgeable, and do great work. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for their own slice of heaven. Thanks guys!

We were most pleased to work with Tranquil and Alex on the design and construction of a waterfall to cascade into our pool. It was something that we have thought about for years and we so very glad that we did not throw Alex's card away after we had meet him at a Home Show about three years ago. As we have told Alex, the waterfall adds so much to our pool and makes drinking all the more pleasurable as the sun goes down.
