I hired the crew to come out and work on my generator. Not only was the contacting process a breeze, the communication and concern for my issue was too! Rich Higgins was professional and very responsive. He kept us fully informed on the process and any logistical issues. When the gas company cut a sprinkler line during installation of the tank, he took responsibility and had it fully repaired in 24 hours. The generator installation, connection to the house and various inspections went as scheduled without any issues.

Star Generation recently installed a 20kW Kohler generator at our home in NPB and was excellent to work with. Rich and his crew did a fantastic job on time and within budget. Star Generation recently installed a generator at my house and were excellent to work with. During the process from quote to final inspection they were proactive, competent, and always prompt when work was scheduled.
