Would Never Use or Suggest.My truck was delivered on Nov 3, 2023, they sent updates claiming to have it fixed by Nov 30, 2023. I’m a reasonable person so I figured there would be a few unforeseen issues pop up.After numerous updates, they still have not fixed my truck. Come to find out the frame was “tweak” and axle was broken in the accident. After speaking to my Allstate representative, the axle and other suspension parts were ordered upon my trucks arrival, but I have to still wait for parts.Speaking to my Allstate adjuster, I found out Crash Champions was not competent enough to fix the truck. Allstate updated me today December 20, 2023, that Crash Champions has sent my truck out to 4 separate shops not affiliated with Crash Champions:Shop 1) MidasShop 2) Midas - a different locationsShop 3) Port St Lucie Battery & TireShop 4) unknown at this timeI’m not confident in their efforts, so I’ve ordered another a truck.

This place is a joke. I brought my car in for repairs after an accident and they told me they would order the parts. They never came, and each time I called to find out what was going on, all I got were excuses. One month later, STILL nothing. I told my insurance company to cancel the pending work and go with a different body shop.

They made a terrible job, l finish to install parts on my car, plus they blow a fuse and damage the reverse camera and turn signals light, they recognize the mistakes and write a letter accepting to pay me back but lm still waiting the reimbursement and that is more that 6 months ago, plz don't bring your car there, lm very disappointed because they said that l can get back the money that l spend fixing the problem that they create but after mails and many calls nothing happens, l hope nobody go through this like me.

Quoted me 3 weeks, took 6 months and never once called me to update me about what was going on. I had to call and harass them to get any sort of update. Really disappointing.

This place is the worst body shop to repair the damage on my car, they take a long time to have the job done, agter that they call me to pick up my truck and surprise they forgot to install pieces of the car, left tools and cleaning bottle on the back, truck dirty, etc, the worst part was the electric part, they connect back the tail gate light wrong and blow up the fuse, at the first time they denied that it no their fault, l needed bring my truck to the dealer for diagnostic and they confirmed, body shop mistake, l contact service king manager dominick and he apologized for the bad work from the body shop and send me a letter where the office want a pay for my expenses at the dealer but this is more that 5 months ago and still waiting for my money back, many phone calls and many excuses and nothing, l want a start a BBB complaint for this place. I don't recommend this body shop, and l want a call progressive insurance to don't send more people there to fix the cars. I can prove with more pictures and emails from the manager.

Unless you want your car sitting in this shop for 3-4 months, I suggest you find elsewhere. I understand that the “issue” may have been the parts physically arriving to their body shop. However, that does not justify the terrible lack of communication we encountered with these people. They sincerely don’t care, does not matter how many times you call to get an update. They will give you the run around. I mean, who wants their car to be sitting in a shop for 3 months after an accident? We had to take it to this shop since we were not at fault. Had no other choice. I only wish it was not this way. The employees here sure do not put their part in following up regarding car parts. Again, they show no signs of care for the customer. My husband and I have not had this experience with any body shop. Thank god we will never have to deal with this body shop again.

Used service king for the first time for a collision repair & had a great experience. The employees were very informative & polite. I was told my repairs would be around 7-10 they got me in and out within 3 days ! Amazing customer service & repair work. Will definitely recommend them.

I needed some repairs done on my truck..I spoke to the new manager Bob...he handled me with great customer service and with speed ..I definitely recommend this location with the New Manager Bob in charge

My husband and I stopped by because our insurance is sending my car in after the accident.The gentleman who took care of us is super helpful and they actually started to order parts for my car before my car arrive the shop. My first impression of this place is that they are so knowledgeable and efficient.Hopefully they will repair my car in the same manner, too!
