Mattress/ problems/ lablel issues, second matress,same exact ,there are 3 inch staples in foam just coverd bby the fabric and 254 spirals not capable of spring action in any sense due to the fact they have no where stationary or fixed tp spring from .and batting is cotton or wool,which is dense ,heavy and solid ,frankly there might be 10 dollars worth material not fit for a tree fort 4

I am very sorry to come to a place like this one, I arrived at eight AM and left at 4 PM, they don't serve you and they don't care about the sacrifice of the drivers, being such a terrible place.

The worst place you can come to meet, the people don't help you, they talk bad to you, a lot of time waiting for the door, from 5 am to 5 pm. The managers don't know anything and if you ask them they will tell you over there to get out of the way. It's not worth taking this trip. The place is so bad.

?? thinking about delivering here DON’T my appointment is 10 am i got here at 5 am its 12:30 pm and am still here waiting they took a 5 am appointment at 11:30 am they are late and am not it doesn’t make since this people will do nothing for you! Do your self a favor and don’t come here ??

I read the reviews from five years ago and today it is still the WORST place to come here, I've been here for 9 hours and they still haven't finished my trailer. Don't even come here by mistake.

Do not buy an icomfort mattress. After a year of sleeping on it, two craters formed where my wife and I sleep. If you tried to roll over towards the center, you literally rolled up a hill. The mattress material looks ok until you lay on it and it warms up. When the technician comes, they do their measurements when the mattress is cold with nobody laying on it. Because the mattress looks and measures within “spec”, Serta and the retailer( Baers Furniture Company ) both declined the warranty. See letter below. This was years ago….but after spending/wasting $2,000 on a mattress, it still ticks me off it didn’t last a year.

Well maybe I just got lucky, I had an 0800 appt. and showed up at 1700.... I got a door & was unloaded by 1745...Can't say anything bad about these guys.

Theee (and I mean theee) worse bedding product ever made! I've tried sleeping on it and it gave the worse body pain, especially back pain. I've had to use a padded exercise matt to put underneath the sheets just so that I could have comfort. After 3 years and months at a time sleeping on the living room couch and other beds in the house, I've finally had it and had my husband purchase a new mattress from somewhere else. It's been a looooong while since I've had this much comfort in my bedroom. I could sit up in this bed without sinking to the bottom, while feeling the wood from the box spring that that horrible bed from this company made....never again!
