Edit: Business Manager said for me to contact him. I did, and of course, I never heard back. They dont care... But at least my opinion of Restaurant Depot is out there for everyone to see..... I usually buy my produce from Rohrbeck's but couldn't get out there so I had to go to restaurant depot. I bought a 25 lb bag of fresh beets. The following night, sunday, I open the bag and pulled a bunch out and put them in my pressure cooker. I noticed that they were moldy. I figured once I cooked them, I could peel the skin off and they would be fine. So I cooked them, let them cool and started to peel them. Every single one of them was rotten on the inside as well. I tried to call the store several times, they do not answer the phone. So the following saturday, I went back to the store to return them with receipt. The lady at the counter was nice, she went back in the produce department and grabbed some guy with a beard and he came up and looked in the bag. He started to say something but because it's so loud in there I couldn't hear him so he asked me why it wasn't full and explained that I tried to cook some of them thinking that once I peeled them they would be fine. So he went and grabbed some other guy. I'm assuming he was the manager. He explained to me very rudely, that it's produce and you can't return it after 3 days. I explained to him that I work and I couldn't return them until my day off which is today. He said very rudely, we have phones. I said well that's funny because you don't answer them. He said that they do answer them and I told him that I could prove to him that they don't answer them because I tried to call them 10 minutes ago and the phone just rang and rang and rang. He didn't want to hear any of that when I started to take out my phone. He knew he was busted. And he told me too bad, you can't return them, it's over the three days and basically screw you. Well I went off. And then he started making fun of me. What manager makes fun of a customer? I will never, ever, ever shop at Restaurant Depot again. And I spend a large amount of money in the store every single month. Also, this manager refused to tell me his name.

Very unpleasant store mostly because of the staff. You wait in line patiently then when you get to the cashier she just walks away. It has happened multiple times. I have to go ask them if they’re coming back. And of course you get the annoyed attitude because you should just shut up and wait around for hours.

I don't know what's going on with this business lately, they don't have anything. And for people who have businesses and come to get supplies here. It makes it a little uncomfortable not to take everything you need to look for!!

When the cashier sounds nice to you please count your stuff they steal from you it's happened with me more then one time and all employees backed up from the manager so they know what's up Be carful when you shop there please i never met nasty manager like him in my life

This place sucks the life out of its customers. Restaurant and business owners deserve staff that cares and that are helpful and nice, instead on every trip, their met with spite, rudeness, lack of care, and straight up arrogance from all members of the staff at every level. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This business deserves to burn to the ground, but unfortunately that will probably never happen due to the fact that it is one of the only resources for small business to purchase food and materials for their business. Well there is a Chaney bros near Northlake that has an online order and pick up window feature. And they are MUCH nicer and MUCH MORE considerate to their customers that they obviously value. I never thought I’d have to leave such a horrible review for a business, but it seems as if their hiring standard (RD) has plugged to hiring the LITERAL SCUM OF THE EARTH. It’s like they scraped these people from the depths of hell. If you want to be treated as such, be my guest. If not, go to Chaney bros.

If you want to have the worst experience in your life, shop like you are a beggar. Rude cashiers, you need to come here. Way better experience in Boynton.

The new manager( guy)is very rude, unprofessional and obviously can not work under pressure. My Auntie and I was having a conversation about his negative behavior he then addressed the cashier by saying, " I do not argue with people like them." The worst manger ever .. he's definitely a liability.

Very nasty attitude from the front desk customer service who supposed to be the face representing restaurant depot around noon on 6/23 and on top of that she doesn’t know what she is talking about and when i tried to correct her she snapped so load it was really scary

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Whoever they had sitting at the front door must be a member of their customer termination department. I was yelled at as soon as I walked in the door. I only buy from this place as a last resort. Everything they have can be purchased elsewhere at the same or better price.
