Literally waited over an hour in store for subs that were supposed to be ready. "we got bussyy" is the only acknowledgement I got after standing there for 20 minutes infront of the sub counter and nobody spoke to me.This is happening repeatedly across Publix locations; I can see stock prices dropping and district wide changes if this pace keeps up.

Ordered a sandwich OVER AN HOUR before I came to pick it up. When I got there they said they haven’t even started to make it. Extremely disappointing considering the fact that I had to wait over 20 minutes additionally when I got there even though I put my order in over an hour and a half ago.

Needing to make a quick run to Publix I decided ded to visit the one nearest me which i have refused to visit for the past 6 mons because of several ce and cleanliness. To my surprise the store is extremely clean the team members were attentive and great all customers and myself with a smile. Fortunately i had an opportunity to share with Antoinette(manager on duty) she was extremely pleasant and pleased that someone notice the time the team has put in developing the team. This store exemplified that it was a pkeasure to shop at Publix.

I like going here. But just be careful going into the parking lot because up underneath that parking garage they need to be aware that there's not much space between driving in and out of that parking garage.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The proximity to our condo in Palm Beach Shores makes the location convenient. The ease of accessing the parking and store makes it easier.
