This team is outstanding! My mother needed some serious repairs on her automobile and they worked with me over the phone 700 miles away. I recently visited Munson's Auto Service to have my car's AC system checked as it seemed to be having intermittent issues.What truly stood out was Munson's commitment to honesty and customer satisfaction. After a thorough inspection, Chris informed me that there was actually nothing wrong with my AC system. Instead of trying to upsell unnecessary repairs, he provided me with an honest assessment and didn't charge me a dime for the inspection. This level of integrity is rare in the auto repair industry, and it left a lasting positive impression on me.My experience with Chris and the team reaffirms my belief that there are still auto shops out there that genuinely care about their customers. Munson's has taken care of my 2004 Cadillac XLR since I purchased it in 2020. I take it there for its usual maintenance as well as when I have had unusual issues. Their skillful mechanics have always been able to figure out the problem and repair it, at a reasonable cost. If you want honest, knowledgeable professionals to repair your vehicle at a reasonable cost, Munson's is the best place to go.

I have been taking our fleet truck here for service and repair and they have always done a great job. I decided to take my Lexus IS250 in for repair and they did a great job! They are respectful and listened to my concerns, found the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a shop you can trust, this is the place.

I interviewed 8 shops in the West Palm are before deciding to Use Munsons.I had a unique set of issues with my car that combined created a perfect storm and rendered my old car un-drivable.The service team at Munsons addressed all of my concerns and revived my car effectively bring it back to being road worthy.Chris and Abe handled my inquiries with friendly professionalism.In the end, I received EXACTLY the level of service I was hoping for.Already lining up another repair for another car!I recommend this shop.

All the 5 star reviews don’t say enough about how great Chris and all his mechanics are. It seems impossible that this place could be so fantastic at fixing issues that no one else can fix! Hands down the best place to service and maintain your vehicle. These guys really know their stuff and they are tenacious with chasing down issues that other shops would still be scratching their heads about. They’ve saved me literally thousands of dollars. When I was initially searching for a shop to service my fleet of cars I really asked around. The name that kept coming up was Munsons. Now I know why. If you bring his dog’s a biscuit and mention my name you’ll still pay full price, but you’ll thank me.

Been coming here for 8 years, while my family has been doing so even longer.I've taken all of the cars I've ever considered buying to Chris to check out. He's extremely reliable, trustworthy, and honest. This past Monday we took my boyfriend's camaro in for a funny noise, and Chris diagnosed and fixed the issue, it took him so little time and effort he didn't even charge us. Cannot recommend this shop enough, I send everyone I know here.Services: General repairs & maintenance
